Made a payment plan to who exactly? A company that is running a scam? if you really have looked into the company than what is there website and what is there phone number that you can call them back at cause the number that they call from cannot answer incoming calls so this is clearly a scam and you must be one of the idiots that is working for them. So if anything that you said is the truth (which im 100% sure is not) than simply provide the information that you claim you have figured out. Good Luck to you in the future of the scam life im sure it will take you far with those two businesses that you own. hahahahahahahahaha joke.

If you are upstanding business people you would have simply made a payment plan with the company you owe money to. Unfortunately you didn't bother to do the right thing and here you are. You all are looking for some way to scam out of paying your bills. I own two businesses and I think its really a sham that you are just ticked off at yourselves and stealing money or products from another business. I looked into this company and you are all liars. They have a very good BBB rating, very very limited AG complaints,and all of their PI's are licensed to conduct business. Good luck to you in the future,but stop slandering people because your are irresponsible.

I also have been targeted by this scam. Tomorrow the "Private Investigator" is coming to a business I sold my nephew 6 months ago to do an "asset search" (1st red flag)

Private investigators do not let anyone know they are doing an asset search. Why? If you do an asset search before litigation, it tips the debtor to transfer assets into a family members name temporarily to avoid garnishment or attachment.



The caller said he was a private investigator (2nd red flag) I checked AZDPS licensing online under his name and company name. No registration or licensure. Opps. To impersonate a private Investigator in Arizona is a felony.



He should have done his homework before he called and set up an appointment ...because...the new owner (my nephew) and I are both licensed Private investigators in Arizona. I own Maverick Investigations and have for over 20 years.



So this is what is going to happen tomorrow.



Wait..you asked why I am putting this out on the web...and maybe tipping the guy off????? Because he will never read this until it is too late. He is coming at 8am in the morning. The only way he will read this is from jail.



anyway...tomorrow. We have two video cameras set up to record his contact with us tomorrow. A digital voice recorder and Arizona Dept of Public Safety is going to be on an open cell phone line listening in to this meeting. They are haveing the local PD standing by to come in and arrest the "PI" after he says enough to incriminate himself.

My name is David Chapman and I am gathering information for a French Law Firm. You own property that XXXXXXXXX company is a tennent and I would like to ask some questions about them. I declined and he read my name and address back to verify it was correct in case they needed to send a court summons to me. At that time I ended the call.

Just answered a call from 713-974-8301 and hung up.  If it's such a professional company why do they hang up on people?   If it smells like a SCAM , you know what they say it usually is one.  Can't wait for my next call...

Sounds like a post by the Company.  What they do is illegal. You can be held Liable for their actions

Houston collection agency

This has to be the best company out there, after we validated their certification we placed out AR past due with them. They were able to satisfy 50% of it in less than two months.

I would diffidently recommend calling them. A young gentlemen named Alex was diligent in locating a few of my skip accounts, so far he even called my client who was past due to verify that he was still operating WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE.

I've never worked with a firm that is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done like these guys.

This may be a legitimate collection agency after a legitimate debt but that does NOT give them the right to be condescending a**holes.

Well, they are really spreading their wings now... I just got a call from this number in British Columbia, CANADA!!! No one spoke, just a bit of static on the line.

Do not accept their checks, this is the worst Debt Collector in Texas, they want you to cash the checks so they "hit" your account numbers and garnish it.
They are probably investigating your husband's business, and they do not have his bank accounts yet. If you deposit that check, they will know his account number. The name of this collector is: Greenberg, grant and richards....they have a bad reputation.

This company called my house and indicated that they owed us some money and wanted to send us a check and wanted to speak to my husband.  They indicated they were Interteck Technology.  This doesn't coincide with anything or anyone we know.  Very suspicious and odd call.

Unidentified number;  called and left no message.

This is another scum debt collector, trying to use another different tactic to scare you, he said his name is Mark Barnes, he is a Private Investigator and he will be at my Bank tomorrow morning trying to investigate my bank accounts..and he will be later in my office trying to take pictures to all our assets...!!

I already filled a complaint with the General Attorney's office about this debt collector company, they are: Greenberg, Grant and Richards, they are located in Houston, Texas.

This EVIL Skank keeps calling me and threatening me because I used to work for another company that did not pay them. Somehow they got my new work number. So here is what I did. I had the IT guy at the new place pickup their caller ID, and everytime they call, it automatically forward them to the IRS> HAHAHAHA

Called and asked for our "Controller. Asked if "he" was in today? We don't have a "controller" and our manager is a SHE. I asked what this was in regards to, already knowing it was a BS call. No response on the end of the line, so I hung up.

I just got a call from Mark Jones for a relative. He stated he could not tell me what it was in reference to but left me a number for them to call back. 1/866-778-1922 ext 1610.

They called my place of business, asked if it was the business, and hung up.

Called my office and hung up-

Called repeatedly and never leaves messages.  Will listen to my voicemail and then call all other numbers on voicemail system without leaving message there either.  Will not answer call without knowing who this person is.

Hope this helps.  They have been bugging me too about a yellow page ad placed by  a prior company who had the same number.

I've just had the joy of this phone call and must say I hope he calls back so I can do the same to him.  That was BEYOND ignorant...you have no clue who you calling...

got a call one day that they wanted to purchase something from our company. with a bogus 713 number that does not ring when called: 713.974.8301
next day long voicemail left from an investigator mark barnes confirming an assett investigation meeting at our office location as a scare tactic. they used many lies in the message left (in an effort to get our attention i guess)then did not leave a direct number but said would show up at our offices and gave date and time of confirmed meeting (which was not confirmed and we had never heard of) said we needed to contact James McKinney or mc kinley at 877-374-1214 but that goes direct to a message so they can get your info. (don't leave any) the above poster gave the correct info for this unscrupulous law firm. our company is debt free and a simple honest phone call would have gotten them any info they needed. if we owe bills we pay them.  this bs scare tactic is over the line and I encourage anyone who has had this kind of experience to call the number to the law firm above, (from a blocked number)and give them a piece of your mind. (without using your real name) just make up and name and a case number and let them waste their time trying to figure it out. or better yet report them to the better busines bureau or file charges for business interference.

This caller calls at least 8 to 10 times daily, hangs up, never leaves a message and I will not call back numbers of this nature. If the caller wants to speak to someone at our number they can identify who they are and to whom they wish to speak.

1-713-974-8301 This party calls my home repeatedly today there was a person on the line and I advised it they had something to discuss with me put it in writing otherwise do not call again.

I place all my bad debt with them they have like an 86% recovery rate. It saved my company from destruction. Say what you will but they are good people.
