Got an automated call from this number claiming to "your health insurance company with valuable information" they had my first name only and then asked for my date of birth and address, my actual health ins company was never identified. When I called back it gave my first name but nothing else and again asked me to say my name, dob and address. When I tried from a different phone it stated that the number was disconnected.
