I received a call from this number stating that I owe money to a pay day loan company and when I tried to get information from them, they couldn't give me a company name and the names they use were American names. One name was John White and they are constantly asking me for my information. They are foreigners and this is not the first time this has happened to me. They called my job and when I tried to return the call, they would not answer, but they will call back to find out who you are.
Be ware!!! I told them that I knew they were a scam and they need to get a "REAL JOB" and stop trying to steal people's hard earned money. After that he didn't call back.
Don't let them intimidate you.

This person keeps calling saying they are sueing me for money i borrowed which i never did trying to confirm my social and mail address they are from another country and very hard to understand

I just wish these scammers would stop. For the past 3 years I have had the same messages from different numbers and names threatening to sue my ss# (which can not be done) or to verify my address for home or work to be picked up to be taken to court. They will NOT supply documentation or tell me any information except that I owe a payday loan that I have never taken out, No documentation, no pay per Better Business Bureau, State General Attorney's office and local DA office. All agencies are aware that this is a scam but since they change numbers constantly and the routing of the numbers it is hard to catch them.
