caller ID says service provider
looking for bad debt.  I asked him if he ever had pizza delivered?  He said yes.  (fool he is even answering me) I asked when he PAID for the pizza.  I figured he would hang up, but he answered.  "When it is delivered".  So I said, "Well, I'm the pizza man"  I have no bad debt.  They had been calling repeatedly, and not a call since this conversation.  

Matt just called.  Same story: I'm returning phone call....asked for owner by name.  I asked what he was selling as owner mainly calls suppliers.  He said he wasn't selling anything.  I told him we get a lot of bogus calls, could he please leave a return number.  Here's where it gets funny: he gave me a phone number for a Pizza Hut in MA.  Said he was from T & A.  They must be desperate to sell services with such tactics!

Serviceprovider  714-276-0718   introduced himself as Kevin Tucker and wanted to speak to the owner by first name.  I asked him the reason for the call and he said he had a note from his secretary to call the owner.  I told him I would be glad to tell my boss your secretary had a note to call.  He demanded my name.  Then took an attitude and hung up.  
I really dislike these people on one hand, but it assures me of a job on the other.  

Guy called up saying his name was Joseph with Tuckers and had a 9:30 phone call appointment with the owner.

Got a call from this number, with a guy asking for the previous owner. I told him he was no longer here (the same thing I tell them EVERY time they call) and, wait for it, he hung up! It would be really nice if they would at least bother to talk to me since I am the owner now, instead of just hanging up on me. Better yet, it would be really nice if they would just stop calling!

Same as above, asked for the boss by name like he was his best pal. Asked who's calling, and he says "Chris from Tucker Industries"

So I put him on hold for the boss. Too bad the boss wasn't in today... Same thing I do every time. Wonder if they'll ever learn?

Asked for owner then hung up after I told him he was not in......Go figure....

Same ole same ole. 714-276-0718 Tom asks for the boss by first name, saying his secretary left a note for him to call.  When asked the reason for the call, he said was with Tucker Associates.  Told him no unsolicited calls and he said, I don't have time for this, I'll just call his cell.   (no call received).

JUST RECEIVED A CALL ASKING FOR MY BOSS BY HIS FIRST NAME LIKE HE WAS IN SOME KIND OF HURRY.  WHEN I ANSWERED "NO, HE IS..." CLICK THE LINE WENT DEAD!  I AM SO IRRITATED BY JERKS LIKE THIS GUY!!  AND ALL THE OTHERS JUST LIKE HIM!

(714) 276-0718  they called 5 * this morning but did not leave a message. When I returned the call it was tucker and associates. I really nice young lady answer the phone who insisted that she would remove my number from there call list immediately. They called 7 more times this afternoon. I answered the first 1 and got a fast talking mummbler who's only mission it seemed was to talk over me long enough to tell me what his rates were for collecting business debts.

He did not care what I said and repeatedly would not take NO for an answer. I told him there was no way I would do business with such a person. That is when he started screaming and profanity. What a waste of energy, his time and mine. I hung up but he called 6 more times over the next 2 hours.

Does anybody really fall for this?

(714) 276-0718 "SERVICEPROVIDER" Just called our customer line asking for the owner by name. When I said "sure may I ask who is calling?" he replied that he had the wrong number and hung up.

I guess I got the pushover and everyone else here gets the fun ones. I feel cheated and let down.

Reading other complaints across the web this is a Google ad placement company. He asked for me by first name. I asked the telemarketer what he wanted instead of answering the question the hung up. I get this same call at least 2 - 3 times a month, maybe more.

Same idiot called our business again today @ 1109 hrs.  Just like before, he asked for the boss by first name (as if they're old buddies, you know!)  When I told him AGAIN that the boss doesn't work in the office and asked if I could help him the guy said no and then mumbed something unintelligible (and undoubtedly unintelligent) and disconnected.  The fool apparently isn't very bright because he doesn't understand the concept of a working boss AND alienating me with his brusqueness means he will never have a chance to do business with us even if he was legitimate and was selling something we might want because *I* am the person to whom the boss would turn over the call even if the moron caller did manage to speak with him.  As before, the caller ID showed "serviceprovider."

I called back and left a great message in their general mail box. It was kind of fun. I suggest everyone do it.

This guy just called and wanted to speak to the former owner of the business I work at.  I told him that he was no longer here so he demanded the new owners name and to speak with them.  I told him I would give the new owner a message or I would give him my fax number and/or email and he could forward information to me and I would make sure the owner got the information.  He started trying to bully me saying it was a legal matter and would I go on record saying that I would not cooperate.  I told him the owner was not available and I was going to hang up; however, he could call back.  I called the number back after I hung up and found out this was a sales call.  ARE YOU SERIOUS? RUDE. RUDE. RUDE.

Caller asks for me by name, says he is with FBI and en route to pick me up.  I mentioned i didnt appreciate his marketing tactics.  He starts to tell me about his rates for bill collection services then hangs up on me.  

I received the same call asking to speak to my boss by name and he was EXPECTING the call. He was very rude when I told him no. He said he was Johnny from Greenwood and Assoc. He had a bit of a southern drawl.

Just had a call from this # 714-276-0718, and he stated that the was returning a call from my Boss. I gave the call to him and he asked Joseph what it was that my boss had called him for. That when he told my boss he wasn't returning his call. Boy that was the biggest mistake he made. My Boss don't tolerate Lairs.  Now because of Joseph we will never do business with Tucker Industries.

"Tom" from "Tucker and Associates" asking for my boss - when I asked what it was in regards to the reply was "I came in this morning and there was a note on my desk to call. IS HE IN THE OFFICE??", I asked again "What is this in regards to?" and was given the exact same reply-verbatim "I came in this morning to a note on my desk to call. Is he in the office" So he went on hold until he hung up.
No way to do business people.

A guy called and asked for the boss & told me just to put him on the phone.  When I told him he was in a meeting he told me the boss knows him by name and just to put him on the phone.  I told the caller if the boss wanted to be interrupted than he would have told me. The caller says it must have slipped his mind.  Things slip people's minds all the time.  I asked him what company he was calling from and he said he told me everything I needed to know and asked if I had peanut butter in my ear.  Told me to just put him on the phone and I said, oh yeah, what are you going to do about it. LMAO!  I'm totally not going to block this call.  I love this stuff.  What a break in the day and it'll be even funnier if one of the other pit bulls in the office get it.  Best solicitor call EVER! These idiots called asking for the boss by his first name.  When I advised the guy that the boss doesn't work in the office and asked if I could help him, the butt-wipe hung up.  Caller ID showed:  "SERVICEPROVIDER."  

ask for owner, I told him he was in shop working what could I help with, said he had a note to call the owner at 10 AM but he was a little late, I said the owner does not take calls except from our customers and he said "I'll just call him on his cell phone then" and hung up...the owners cell phone has yet to ring and it's been an hour already LOL

So tired of these scammers.  Caller ID came up as Anaheim. Some guys voice on other end asked for owner by name masked by a very crappy connection, I said not available and asked if I could help, he said no and hung up.

They just called here asking for the boss by his name said he was expecting his call at around this time and he was from from 'Tuckers'. I asked if he wanted to leave a message and he said no and hung up

2ND call in three days, in each call they ask for the owner by name and say he is expecting their call.  They are returning his call.  this last one said it concerned pre-litigation concerns.  Hung up when I put them on hold.
