answer to a dead line..nuisance

received several calls from the idots called back and spoke to the owner he said this is his cell number and I said I received a call from a lady a few mintues ago he said it's probably someone who used to work for him????  Five minutes ago??? Scam

This company has called several times about doing some construction work.  They identify themselves as All City Construction.  They set an appointment to come out to give an estimate and never showed up.  When I researched, it appears there is no such company.
