I get these calls. Every other day or so? Never answer. Never a message. Seems to be heating up in frequency of calling people, given the posts here.

Calls from this number once or twice a day. I just called it back and someone picks up the phone but doesn't speak.

Never answered and added the # to my reject list after reading some of these posting. TY post'ors

They called me to get personal information, without saying why? I hang up

714-380-5406 this marketer calls me during work every couple of weeks. I never answer but a  google search shows that the caller is calling lots of people.

They have been calling me everyday the past week, including weekends, sometimes more than once a day! When answered, there's no person on the other end and it just hangs up after a few seconds. I've put them on my phone's block list, but now they always leave a 2-second silent voicemail, so I'll have to keep deleting them from my mailbox or it'll get full in a few days. Very annoying, filed complaint with FCC but I don't know if they will take any action...

They've been calling me regularly for months.  Since I use Google Voice I just put them on my block list.  They will get a "Not in service" message now.

Same as above I use Time Warner internet nothing else. So this is marketing calls?
At what point does this constitute harassment because I get these calls at work...

Just got a call. Didn't answer, no message was left. Did a google search and ended up here. I do have Time Warner internet service.

It's time warner cable. Most of time i get a call from them, no one speaks on the other in. One time, I got a rep, and she tried to sell me some cable packages. I have time warner internet, but not the cable. I have directtv cable.

They never leave a message but I just called and the auto answer identifies as "thank you for calling time warner"

Calls and leaves no message.  Stays on line long enough to hear the message on the answering machine, says nothing, and then hangs up.  Calls at least once a week and I would like to know who it is.

call says nothing and hangs up. Maybe a robot trying to find out at what time someone answers the phone.

Seems like some posts are from a couple years ago and one recently. I have also received a call from this number. I have only received two calls: one on Jan. 18th and one on the 22nd. I did not answer either time, as a figure if it's important they will leave a message, but they didn't. Con artists?

Called me too. Caller ID says 'Santa Ana, CA'. He said he is from Time Warner. He wanted to know if I have subscribed to Cable service. When I said yes he wanted to confirm my name. When I asked what this call is about, he said 'Whoa'. I hung up.
