Was fooled into thinking it was a friend when I saw WOOD KAY on the ID. At least this telemarketer for home improvement was polite when I replied no; THAT'S a nice change for once, but I'll still block it.

I don't know caller ID: WOOD KAY - spoke with heavy accent and misspelled/pronounced my name. Then a robotic voice interrupted and said something in a message [unintelligible]. Then hung up. Called twice. I have know idea why or who this is.
