this number is calling my brand new cell phone i have had for 3 days and hanging up. driving me nuts.

I have received several calls from this number, 714 409-3276, and when I answer my cell phone, the person on the other end hangs up expecting me to call them back so they can say that I "called them."  Don't do it.  I checked to see if this was one of those problem numbered people, probably a telemarketer.

I have received numerous calls from this organization and they never say anythig but I owe money. This scam has been tried before about a year and and a half ago.  I intend to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

This number calls me several times a week. It is a recorded person, asking usually for "Sharone Smith" and says, "if you are not Sharone Smith, please hang up now." However, when I have been away and this call goes to my answering machine, it explains that it is a collection agency, and that by having my machine answer, "I am acknowledging that I am Sharone Smith." I am not this person, but this robo call won't go away. It is harassment. However, I cannot seem to track it down, and there is no way of responding to the call.

We keep receivng call at home, now my work too....It's irritating.. how can we stop this bogus call.. we do not owe them anything. They been calling us 3x a week, it use to be once a week.. grrrrrrrrrr

I am also receiving calls on my cell phone and work how can I make them stop!!! I want to keep my job! Has anyone found a solution. They harass and really scare unasked for a form that they are legit before I give my credit card have not received a fax yet. They said they were not obligated to do such thing. So I have ignored their calls since.

i receive phone calls to my office looking for someboby else. I tell them that my office they call. They should call at diferent number. how so stop this harassment

Not 3 or  4 calls a week, 2 or 3 calls a day sometimes...i have called the number back to tell them I have had my number for more then 4 years...and do not know who they are looking for...they said they will take my number out of the system...I still get calls...I called again and spoke with "Carter" a woman, clearly gets calls like mine a lot, rude, and after she " checked" my number she said it wasn't even in the system, she accused me of calling her to bother her....very funny ...and very rude!!!

I get a call 4 times a week  when i answer they hang up i dont know anyone  with this area code
its taking minutes off my phone i do not know how to get rid of them

they call me 4 times a day and even leave messages at work it must stop now!!!! I dont know who they are and they ask for credit card payments!

Someone is calling me at work claiming to be a mr. parker from the legal dept. i want these calls to stop before i end up getting fired!

They even called my dad and mom back east saying that I owed money and leaving all kinds of personal information with them.  I want to sue these idiots for unfair trade practices and any other violations they commit regarding the FCC and/or trade practices.

This cannot be legal.

They are harrassing and aggressive.   They call me, my wife and my office reletlessly.  Never leave a message either.  When we take their calls; they act like thugs and represent themselves as some type of legal counsel.

I also started getting these calls.  No message, but everyday I see missed calls.

Vandenburg(?) Chase & Associates computer/recorded message claims to be for a particular name, and if I'm not xxxx please hang up. Fine. I hung up. But the idiots keep calling night after night. Unfortunately, the idiots are calling for someone with a same first initial but DIFFERENT name and a similar, but DIFFERENT last name (though the spelling is close).

I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

They also say to call 1-888-470-0020 to contact them

They call me 4 times a week with an automated message. How can I make them stop?

They don't even have the right person.

These calls started last week and now I get 2 a week.  No messages and when I answer, I get only people talking in the background, but no one answers!

I would like these people to stop calling my number. I don't know who they are and not affiliated with them in any way. They are leaveing my social security number with on phone numbers saying that the person attached to this social security number. I've call and left a message but they keep calling and hanging up. and not leaveing a message. My brother said they called him and left my social security number on his phone.

Hello sir. I have been receiving calls at work, home and mobile from this company. I am afraid that, without me knowing what it is about, someone from my company will receive these calls and jeopardize my relationship with my employer.

Vandenberg Chase and Associates violate the FDCPA on every call. Contact me and lets put your rights to use, don't let these people harrass, and lie to you about what can happen.

I received a call form my place of work form this outfit . They did not leave a message and the person who answerd said Vandwebilt recovery legal department , Calloway speaking. I told her there was a number left at my place of work and who are they looking for . She mentioned my name I said they do work here  and cannot receive phone calls,. Ms calloway stated ok I will ahv e them remove the number and then she procedded to say can I leave a meaasge for ********* and the number was 866-493-9608. I they are a scumbag third party collector that use stron arm tactics.

I have been getting calls from this number claiming to be from Chase and assosiates and they are asking for a name other then mine. I asked them to remove it and they didn't and the last time they called, (which on average is about 4 times a week) they were told not to call again and if they continued they would be turned in. They said "Go ahead and do what you want". He was rude and arrogant and did not beleive that we were not the person that they were calling.
The number does not come up with anything but a city and general area.
