Number (714-415-5301) calls and hangs up or asks to speak to me, "Mr. ....".  I say, "This is he".  Male says, "Mr. ..., this is (pause, click, with phone boiler room background)", and hangs up.
I should have said, "Who are you?" and not revealed anything because the caller is not legitimate.

This guy calls repeatedly re: energy efficiency.  When I tried to explain they call all of the time and we are not interested, he hung up on me.  Called back and number says disconnected.

These people keep calling but no one is at the other end.  Tried calling the number back but message says it is disconnected.  Have a whistle close by for the next time they call, then I am going to file a complaint with the FCC.

Four companies listed with the BBB by that name and ALL FOUR have "F" ratings

My caller ID says this is Asset Capital.  I think they are a debt collector, but I have no outstanding debts.  Many calls from this number.  Do not answer or respond.

I got five calls from this number asking for my husband and the guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't leave his name or message and hung up on me. IDK what his problem is but its really pissing me off. I also tried calling the number back and got three different messages. Who ever this is calling people dont give him any of your info

I did pick up this call today as it was the 5th call in not as many days.  They identify themselves as Everlast and it is regarding solar energy.  I reported to the do not call registry.

Yep, this dick calls numerous times a week from the above number and more. Never leaves a message and I never answer. Just another scam and it is so scary that so many people will fall for such crap. These smucks just live to scare you and get information.Thank God for caller ID.

Another call from telemarketer spoofer CallerID4u. I hope somebody goes into their boiler room and takes out this nest of rats.

Someone has been calling from this number from everywhere. It is not associated with a sherrif's department, but they do state they are calling from there. They are a collection agency, from what I hear.

Yes. This person called everyone I know- My mom, my grandma, my place of business! I am pissed! If he is looking to collect a debt, hes gonna have to pry it out of my dead hands for it! A***ole!

Same thing-  said the employee's name is "Rudy Lugo", I have a small business but no employees, and certainly don't have an HR department!

I received the same type of phone call from the same guy regarding an employee complaint -- but I don't have any employee's -- strange.

What is up w/ this Guy or group. He has been harrassing my daughter w/ a debt he claims she owns. Unfortunetely she gave him her information. He threatened to sue her for the amount owed but refused to give an address or to give an accounting of the debt. Report him to the FTC!

I had a call on my voicemail from a Matt Gusuki from the legal department of the ACM Group. He said he received a complaint from one of our employees and wanted me to call him back at 714-415-5301 and give him the company procedures for summons and gave me a case number to use when I call him back. He asked for my employee's SSN and Date of Birth. There is no way I am going to give that kind of information out.
