I Received a call from 714-459-2936 at work on march 25th and they said i was do in court between
8 and 4:30 with no date and gave me a case number which do not exist and the number is coming
from California, don't call the number back it is just a bill collector if i'm not mistaking it is from when i got a payday loan, which they can't do anything about, they will just keep calling and calling calling.

received a call today they left a message with my daughter stating that i am being sued and they would be out on friday 3/11/2011 to bring me court papers or something and the name that was left was john aston whoever that is. i don't even know who this is or what it is about, i called the number after my daughter called me and asked to speak with mr.aston and i was told that he was not in and had not been in the office since this morning and he would be back in the morning then i asked well how did he call my house just now if he were not in the office that young man didn't know what to say so i will call mr.aston in the morning.

i received a call from a process server saying they needed to give me papers regarding a court appearance and they said the attornies name is john aston phone 714-459-2936

Left voice mail that said something about serving papers and something referring to a court and a case number and to return call to 714-459-2936 Called 12:06 PM CST 17 Feb 2011
Caller ID: "private number" Assuming some kind of debt collector?

I GOT A CALL TODAY, VERY HARSH MESSAGE LEFT.. NOT EVEN SURE IT'S FOR ME
