who is this?

This lady called my wife and said that I had unpaid taxes on my Lexus.  I don't own a Lexus and I do not live in California.  I have a California area cell phone from when I did live there.  The women knew my name and my wife's name but had the wrong date of birth for me.
I do not know if this is a scam or what but it sounds like it.  They tell you have some unpaid taxes and want you to pay them.

Sounds like a scam, look out!!!!
