6:45 am received a call today from this number.  How do you stop these calls?

This number called me in regards to a missing pet that I had posted on craigslist. They (a foreign man) called twice, leaving a voicemail both times. One of them I couldn't even understand what was being said!

I life in the Netherlands and also get calls from this number already two days in a roll

I've receive a call from that number I want to know who was calling me

Got the same number on my caller i.d.  I answered, had difficulty understanding what the guy was saying, made him repeat, no better. All I understood was " I'm calling from.........server.  Lady fix the problem or you're gonna lose your data. I hung up. He speaks with an indian accent.  I live in Québec City, Québec. Canada.

I just got a call from this number listed as a pay phone.  Answered and no one there.  So I went online and googled the number and ended up here.  I will be ready with a shrill whistle if and when they call back.  Thanks for the heads up!

India lady called - hard to understand.  Went on and on about my computer having problems.  It was near midnight, so I hung up on her.  Fraud!!

I live in London and I received this call also! Luckily, I missed the call so I googled the number instead and ended up on this. If they call again I'm not going to pick up. I hope they don't call again! Btw, how do they find our numbers?! WEIRD.

Rec'd call about giving my PC ID number, he said I was getting infected from websites. I kept refusing and he kept insisting.   Then he said he'd give me the number so I could verify.  I finally hung up.

Just had a call from this number, I'm in the UK, asking for a former employee at my company by name. Verbally talked him into a corner but yeah, weird.

The call we got was asking about the renewal of an energy contract, claiming they were from "Business Energy". No mention of Windows.

This number calls people in Sweden too, I just hang up!

Got a call from "James" at this number. Claimed to be from Microsoft Windows Service Center. Says they are moving to Africa and will no longer be providing virus software service. Told me to type in www.ammyy.com and running this program would get me a refund for purchasing this software (which I never purchased). I played along and when he said "what do you see?"  I said "I see a SCAM".  He got really ticked and said "did you type this in to your search bar"?  I said "no but I did write down everything you said and I will report you".  He said "You think I'm a fool?,  You're a fool!"  Then he hung up.   Oh, and it was from a call center because I could hear 100 people in the background, probably doing the same thing.

I got a call from that number too, it was a man with a very thick India accent,being very pushy and aggressive trying to tell us that something was critically wrong with our computer (PC) and we do not even have one!!!! we use a friend's unregistered laptop lol!!!  we did not get far enough in the conversation to hear what he was trying to sell,we just told him to leave us alone.

I'm in jersey and this pay phone keeps calling my house its very annoying no one talks

Got a call from this number at 3.30 pm, but the other party hung up right away when we answered.  
We live in the Netherlands.  Looks like they're all over the world.....

I received the same call today in Switzerland, number +1 (714) 535-1665.

Indian idiot telling me he's from "computer department"...

Definately a fraud. Jason sounds like he is from India or Pakistan, claiming he calls from 'Windows'.
When I told him that he was a fraud he hung up on me.

i do not want any more calls from this number.

We got this call today. My son answered but they hung up without saying anything

I got the same call...saying I had a virus and they were windows support...I said how amazing because I don't even have a computer at home...he hung up....foreigner also

I THINK THEY ASK  FOR SOME INFO ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER OR TELL YOU TO DO SOMETHING TO YOUR COMPUTER AND YOU END UP WITH A VIRUS...THE WAY I'M UNDERSTANDING ALL THE OTHER POSTS I THINK THAT'S WHAT IT IS OR SOMETHING SIMILAR.

I JUST GOT THE CALL BUT DIDN'T GET TO IT IN TIME SO INSTEAD OF CALLING IT BACK I GOOGLED IT AND THIS IS WHERE I ENDED UP. IF THEY CALL BACK I'M GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE ______ COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT.

We live in southern Alberta, Canada.  We received
a call this morning from a heavily accented fellow who said his name was "Jason Reid".
He said our computer had been compromised (our word, not  his) through the windows system, and that there was something in there that was going to slow it down, then make it crash.  

We are not too savvy on computer issues, but can smell a scam a mile away!  He had me sitting in front of my computer which I already was (my husband had answered the call and grinning, passed the phone to me).  "Jason" had me look on my keyboard for the key with the four little squares (Windows) on it to the right of the control key.  

This part is funny....he asked me to press it with "my tongue", so I started to laugh because I thought it was one of my friends playing a trick on me.  Then I realized he had said "thumb" with an accent.  By then it was too late....he said he thought I was "joking" with him and so he said goodbye and hung up.  

I must go....my computer is slowing down at a rapid rate and is ready to crash!

I received a call from this number telling me I had an issue with Windows "okay".  He said "okay" about 10 times.  I asked for his number and he said "okay" and hung up.  Is there a way to report these scammer scumbags?
