No message. Caller ID says National Law.

I keep getting calls at night from this number.  It shows a name of "Turnkey Solutions" which is a software company.  They won't answer when I call back.  Prob sales crap.

I just answered them and it was showing up as Turnkey Solutions.. it's L.A times trying to sell the paper,, Ive asked them to stop calling and have even told them im registered on the national do not call list but they dont seem to care.. this is out of control and annoying.

This number is calling me everyday, sometimes 2 or 3 times.  If you answer, it hangs up and there is never a voice message.  If anyone finds out who it is, I'd sure like to know as they will be getting an unpleasant letter from me.

Just received a call at 10:00am from Turnkey Solutions.  I immediately called the Orange County Register and after confirming I was on their own "Do Not Call" list, informed them if I received one more call, I would be cancelling my subscription and filing a small claims suit.

Keep getting a call from this number...I don't answer unknown calls, if it's important, they will leave a message, but they don't.

I just received a call from this number and they hung up upon answer. This number, and the alternate one reported above by Lindsey, has been added to my auto reject list. I use an external USB 2.0 Hiro H50113 modem that recognizes CID and can play custom outgoing messages to callers using PhoneTray Free (I'm not connected with either of those fine companies). Note that even though I use Vista32, I had to install the H50113 driver version 2.2.98 that is intended for Win7 before things would actually work properly for rejecting calls (this was by email recommendation from the modem manufacture, other drivers do NOT work right with PhoneTray Free v1.39).

It's a telemarketing outfit? selling newspaper subscriptions. They're on a severely slow auto-dialer and is why most people hear no answer, but you have to say hello a couple of times to ensure they're on the line.

Woman responds and begins her "slick" sell on asking me if I was interested in The New York Post. I said no, and she confirmed my zip code? which she had wrong? by asking if I had been subscribed to my local paper. And then she asked me name? which she had right.

I told her that they have called before and she was real quick to try to smooth it over, saying that it depends which of their offices calls which then assuming is my number being in various databases throughout their call centers.

I then told her about being on the Do Not Call list and she even tried to work herself around that. When I told her it'd been at least six months with my number? she had no answer. I basically told her she was not dealing with the least sophisticated person? but rather a well informed consumer knowing his rights.

Bottom line: just some minimum wage call center? third party, cold-call telemarketing.

I see that this number is another one that keeps on calling. On my caller ID it says 'Turnkey Solutions'. Never leave a message. Today is the 2nd time. arhg!

They've been calling me for months!!! everyday at like 10 am in the middle of class. ITS SO ANNOYING! i want to answer and tell them to f off but no one answers when i pick up.

I have been receiving calls from both numbers in the previous message for weeks now. Who do you report them to?

I JUST LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE # 714-602-1307 AND THEY CALL BY ANOTHER # TOO > 619-378-0405.. TURNKEY SOLUTIONS - TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO REMOVE MY # OTHERWISE I HAVE ALREADY BEEN DOCUMENTING WHEN THEY CALL AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL!!

It's the OC Register.  I get it on a rotation and they call 8 - 10 times over a few days and then they go away for a couple months.

It's the Orange County Register. They claim it's only a courtesy call.  To me, it isn't a courtesy when ever they call and nobody answers on the other line and they keep calling every day.  They should look up the word "courtesy" next time they call people.

I've been getting a call from this number for a few weeks now. I decided to pick up yesterday and a female said that they're the OC Register, but I just hung up after that because I don't want to subsribe to newspapers when I get them online for free. And they just called again but I picked up and hung up immediately. This is so annoying...when will they stop?!

I just recently cancelled OC register and they blow up my phone from a different number everyday sometimes multiple times a day - which I always ignore, now I am getting a call from this number.  Geesh....

Been getting calls from this number but I always ignored it. They never left a voicemail. Today out of boredom, I picked up. It was the OC Register which I am a subscriber of. The guy just wanted to let me know that I can access the newspaper online. Duh...

Just received another call from them. We are a painting contractor and I receive the call everyday at the same time.  I answer, they immediately hang up.  I call back randomly on different days, never answer.  Voicemail says TurnTech Solutions or TurnKey Solutions.

I  have been getting this caller for several weeks now. No one is ever on the line. I also got it with an international code, 01144, which I think is British.
I will be reporting this harrassment to the authorities.

This number was calling me for a few weeks. It is the most likely belongs to a telemarketing service calling on behalf of their clients. They were asking me if I wanted a free trial of the Orange County Register.

Who owns this phone number?  Does anyone know?  How does one go about report it?  When I tried to call back, the line was always busy.

This person called just now, they said they were from the New York Times and wanted to give us a free trial.  They had our address (she said she was calling from Arizona but had a 714 area code (which is Orange County, California).  She needed her supervisor to confirm our address and we hung up.  She said her name was Jessica.
