I just got a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. Don't know who this is either. Weird

Get calls from thsi number and no one is on the line, since I decided not to answer they wait until the message comes on and leave a dead air message.

Checked reverse look-up came up with the name Cap Performance in California

Capital Performance- they specialize in charged-off collections.

5/18/2009 10:13am. 714-736-2693 called my home yet did not leave a message.  When I called the number back, it says it is "Performance Capital Management, LLC." (collections), yet does not allow me to speak to anyone. Looked up this company on Google and got the Customer Service # 877-694-4959.  Called and spoke with a live rep who states that nothing related to me is in collections.  Informed them of the inital suspicious call - they did nothing.  Reported both to the "Do Not Call Registry".

Same # calls my 73 year old mother at 8:15 every morning.  They finally called from 714-263-8629 - see my notes under that phone # as to what they did to her.  These people do not play by the books and received an "F" from the BBB.

I kept getting calls from them with no messages and dead air when I picked up.

Every time I called back, it was an answering machine with a crappy message about PCM but they did give the option for an extension.

I eventually dialed a few random 4 digit extensions and got someone on the line who said they were looking for some other person and got me off their list.

This company sucks.

no message just called while I was at work. I called later got a recording that said the operator was not there.

This is outrageous!!! I just recieved a phone call about 30 mins ago from some a***ole threatening me saying they were taking me to court for monies that I know I do not owe! They also told me the account was opened in 2003 with Citi Group, I never opened an account with them!!!

If I had this guy infront of me I would beat him down! I have never gotten so frustrated over a phone call, especially for something I know that I do not owe. I will not let this one go!!!

They call and hang up a few times a week.  I don't have anything unknown in a collection agency, but like someone else posted, once I went to a Zales and applied for a card that I didn't get.  Hmmmm.

They have been calling my phone since july 2007 with an 800 number! Yesterday they changed their incoming phone number to 714-736-2693...Check out the Federal Trade Commissions website. Look for the file # 982-3542 about PCM!!!

When you call the number back it is from Performance Capital Management.

Got Harassing phone call about a zales jewlery account I did not open in 2003. When I asked for documentation and to send info to my house the arrogant Bstard discontinued the conversation, did not ask for my address and hung up on me.
