Scammer: Yes we have a uniformed officer ready to serve papers on you at your place of business.
Me: Ok go ahead
Scammer: Well we would like to resolve this matter
Me: No, send your uninformed officer in
Scammer: What's your address?
Me: You just told me your uninformed officer was at my door.
Scammer: No, it is a uniformed officer
Me: Not really, uninformed officer is more like it, since an empty legal threat is a violation of the law.  Could I have you state bar number and address for legal process please?

They are just another collection agency pretending to be a law firm pretending to be a collection agency pretending to be a law firm! They are a bunch of scam artists preying on people who do not have enough sense to know that if they were a law firm they would have a listed number. There are no attorneys that keep their number unlisted and the excuse they have given is as fake as they get. If they call you call an attorney and sue them. You can sue them just for them telling you they are going to sue you and they don't. You can make 1000.00 or more just for them telling you we are suing you and they don't have any follow through!

Got a call today from someone saying they are with Legal Support Services.  They said call 714-982-9755 and ask for Michael Salmon, or Sammon, as he is the one listed on the complaint. They stated they are trying to deliver a court summons to me, and to call this number  When I called its the office of Klein and Associates...

OMG!  The same thing happened to me today and from that very same number.  They claim they are a law firm called Klien Associates out of Buena Park Ca.  I've looked everywhere and couldn't find a legitimate law firm with that name in the area.  They said I had a past debt and a letter was sent 15 days ago to an address I haven't lived at in over 3 years.  I asked him to resend the letter and a statment with the past debt information but he refused.  I was advised that if I didn't make a payment or payment arragnement I would be getting a court summons because I was being sued.  I'm going to report them and you should to.  It's illegal for a collection agency to present them self as being a lawer, claiming to sue or garnish wages!  I'm so upset!

GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY R USING A DIFFERENT NUMBER NOW 714-982-9755 CALLED AND SAID THEY ARE SUING ME "WHAT" I DIDNT EVEN GET A LETTER YET.

Ok so I did some research They are not an attorneys firm I reported them to the CA BAR they are having the District Attorney as well as the CA Bar investigate them. They will be making random calls into them to verify they are indeed using that they are a legal firm. There is no licensed attorney registered to said name or address of this company. They have also instructed all of us to hire an attorney because you can get paid and file suit against them they are a bill collection firm and therefore must follow the laws of a collection firm. http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpajump.shtm because I waited and was never served and did the research with my local authorities and courthouese there was never a suit filed against me they lied and therefore because they used threat without intent they are going to be paying me. You to could be getting paid look up attorneys

It's also against the law:

Actually they told me they were an independent locating service calling to notify me that Kline and Associates were filing a lawsuit against me - I had a bad charge on my credit report from Kline and I disputed it and had it removed and now not even a week later they are calling me telling me they are filing a civil suit against me - dont you think if they had a leg to stand on - the 3 credit bureaus wouldnt have deleted it from my credit report!   and he told me that they have less than 48 hours to contact me and i must call them back to settle this or they will file the suit.  Go ahead file it - I beat you the first time and cleared it off my credit - I will beat you in court too....and then SUE YOU!!!
