FRAUD FRAUD...BEWARE!!!!

Debt settlement program texted me.  GRRR!!!!  I don't need or want them!  How do i get them to stop!!!!!

Text says, "if you are $10,000 or more in credit card debt, you can qualify for our Debt Settlement program.  Stop paying all that high interest...text "YES" to learn more."  This has all the earmarks of a "we take your money, claim to be paying your bills, and skip out of town" scam.  And, yes, it's costing me for every text, too.  Evil. I tried calling back, and it says the voice mail box has not been set up!  That should be a red flag for anyone.

Got a text message from this number about reducing debt.  Unfortunately, it's not illegal since it came from another number, but I'd encourage anyone who gets one to report the number to your wireless carrier. Mine is tmobile and they told me if it keeps happening or if they get a number of complaints they can try to go after the person.

Also - don't respond, just delete.  I have a feeling these people are phishing, so a response tells them the number is a valid number.

Got a text as well.  This is a Huntington, Beach California Debt Consolidation Company.  There are several such companies there and I could not narrow down based off the phone number.  I put my cell number on a no call list, but apparently these scum have no respect for the law.  I hope someone finds them and sues them.

They just texted me, it cost me .30 to answer... I think that 714 might be Orange county California, well that is what my friend says. I'm getting surprised cause my phone used to get as many as 23 harassing calls from another company collecting 'debt' but I don;t even have credit, I'm just 16.. WTF?
