Got a call from this number looking for someone that does not live at my address.  Woman said they had a summons/complaint and if the person they were seeking did not call them back an "action" would be started against the person.  Supposed to return the call to "Gary Stevens."

I am getting a call from them too, but this time the number is 714-882-3470 (still Fullerton, CA), and I am going to call them when they open and try to get an address or website where I can "make a payment" supposedly, so I can find out more information about what company it is and nail them, I will let you all know if I get anymore info!

I was suspicious of these guys because my answering machine said the call came in at 5:16 pm and that they had been hired to serve me with a summons for court THAT DAY.  Duh... It further said that if I wanted to avoid a failure to appear in court summons that I should call Victoria Shields at 714-459-2920 to reschedule.  Obviously, they are lying through their teeth.  If we want to get an attorney, maybe we can start a group lawsuit against them or something... FTC?  I don't know, but I was quite worried that somehow I was supposed to appear in court and had missed it.  It wasn't until I looked at the 714 prefix and realized that they were probably now in FL that something didn't seem right.  Just unscrupulous scoundrels.

I got the same type call from Robert Medina with Legal Claim Svs ( or so he says..) He claimed to be in oregon but wanted me to call a Victoria Shields at 714-459-2920....he said it was an attorney in Austin Tx...I called after hours and found out it's in Fullerton Ca...

I've been getting calls from a collection company In Norfolk Va... They claim to be representing Premier Bank Card company from 15 years ago....after weeks of these calls I told them that I had sent them a "cease and desist letter" from the Federal Trade Commision....Then...the next day these NEW clowns start calling.....

I am seriously considering getting the numbers and names from employees with the FTC...calling after hours and having them call THESE people..might even do it with some of the local politicians....my ex wifes family etc.....kb hutchins...j cornyn....etc...

I have received several calls from this number, all they do is hang up when I pick up the phone.  Be careful who really knows these people are.....

I received a call from this number.  The message stated that the call was from Mr. West and that Daniel Holly signed off the subpoena.  The call is from Legal Claims Services a process server.  They stated that they would be serving a subpoena to my wife at work and also to our home.  Unless we call back in 2 hours.  My wife fell for it and was worried.  I called the number and WOW!! Mr. Holly was somehow in court.  Oh yeah, by the way the lady answered the phone with "Hello."  I spoke with another gentlemen who claimed to be the "Compliance Officer" looking out for our rights.  I was driving and told him I would call him back once I returned home.  The next time I spoke with him he asked me, "What can we do to remedy this situation?"  I found this inetresting since he is only a compliance officer and stated earlier that it made no difference to him if we settled or not.  I told him before I agree to anything I would like to verify the debt.  Once he knew I wasn't falling for the scam he got irate and yelled at me.  I remained calm and asked him "Why are you shouting?"  He couldn't handle it anymore and abruptly hung up.  I don't care if you debt is valid or not, DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE A CENT!!!  They use scare tactics and will prey on your fear.

Received a call from this number saying i had a summons to appear in court against me. and to return any questions to a danielle long. But any calls back are just a run around and every time i call seems like a different person answers the. Does anyone else on here have their name on their voicemail.

First we need to know the REAL name of the company!  Then litigate!

My cousin got a voice mail to call Ms. Victoria Shields @ 714/888-3391. They mssg was left by a male who claimed he was calling from an attorney service company, stating that he was trying to serve him a summons and complaint but was unsuccessful, and he must call Ms. Shields at the above number to avoid a failure to appear in court. The voicemail verbatim says that Ms. Shields signed off on the complaint.
My cousin called only to find out that there is no case pending against him, and the case number left on the mssg is in fact the file number for a debt in their office. When he asked her for information regarding the case she would only say that information is unavailable, and refused to give him the phn# to the supposed attorney service, and eventually hung up on him. Hmmm... anyone wanna sue for violating FDCPA regulations?
