"Zero tolerance" for these losers!!!!!!!!!!!!  Arrest them as they scam and solicit people and still have the nerve to be in the "business" world out-there!

Monitor these "morons" that call.............they're calling on a "do not call list"!!!!  Get rid of them now......AND put the out-of-business!!!!!

When they call, as soon as I answer, they hang up.

When I called back, this was the recording: "The number you have called is not in service. Please check the number, and try again."

How is this even remotely going to benefit any company?

Got a call on my personal cell phone and got a short sentence which I didnt understand so I called from my work phone and its a Vision Financial...

its a creditor, I believe for Chase or Citibank credit cards.

Someone named Travis continually calls our number and asks for someone that doesn't live there.  He has been admonished not to call but he still wakes us up almost every morning.  We will trap his number and file a harrassment report with the local law enforcement agency.

Why do we get calls from this number, who did hell is it.  Learn to ID you self?

I got a call from this number and when I tried to call back I got that weird busy signal.  Not the normal kind, but the fast, loud one.

Seeing everyone's posts, I understand it is a collection company. I just got a phone call with someone saying its ARS and to call back because 'he needs to do something with my file'' or something to that effect. I honestly thought it was a job calling, since that is what I usually hear from.  I do owe money, but its kinda hard if i am unemployed.

So he did leave a message, but i dont feel like returning the call.  :)

p.s. I agree they are rude people. That's one way to get people not to return your call!!

This idiots calls everyday with no messages! Get a life!!!!!

This number calls me several times a day. I do have a very close relative who is in debt too. I assume that's what it is about. I wish they would stop calling me because it's not me who didn't pay the bills!!!

I also received a call from this number and I did answer it since it is in my area code. It is the ARS collection agency who was trying to look for someone who doesn't even live here. The person used to live here and this company calls anyone and everyone that may have at one time been  aquatinted with this person. I didn't give any a\information and let me tell you the girl on the line was a real B... Since talking to this friend this company has called several of her friends as well as her parents whom she hasn't lived with in over 15 years. It is for an old credit card that was closed years ago and this company is claiming that there are still fees left unpaid. You can call the ARS 800 number and talk to someone but I assure you they are all rude. They called here several times even after I asked them not to.

Our ID caller shows this number calls us everyday, but when we pickep up the phone and.or called back, the number was always busy.

Got a missed call from this number, called back, the the call never got through, did not even hear a phone ring; hmmm.
