Selling walk-in tubs.  Claimed that I had "went on the internet" and made an inquiry - total BS and poor language.

They also use 877 728-4651 and 714 933-7575.  Have blocked all numbers.

They called today and hung up on my answering machine, so I don't think they're very concerned about the police or the FCC going after them. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, of course.

Got the call yesterday and there was actually someone on the phone.  Galkos Construction Inc. 15261 Connector Lane, Huntington Beach, CA.  This is a phony number.  Call back and it rings once and then nothing.  These telemarketing scum are trying to sell you a walk-in tub.  They offered to come out and give a free estimate.  I said sure, come on over.  Kurt Steinbeck, a supervisor according to his business card, showed up in an older S Class Mercedes.  He lugged all his junk to my front door.  I asked him for his business card and after he gave it to me I thanked him and said I was going to turn them into the Irvine Police and the FCC for illegal telemarketing activities.

I figure if these scumbags are going to call me when I'm on the DNC list, then I'm going to make them spend some money and waste their time. Now it's time to file the complaints.  Oh and the real phone numbers are 877-728-4651 and 855-723-3228.

Calls daily, Caller ID says GCI. We are on Nat'l Do Not Call list too.
