They said they were Budget Exteriors and I told them I was on a no call list. They said they were not trying to sell me anything so they were not violating the no call list. I said yes you are. They don't call you to ask about your grandmother.

It's Budget Exteriors. I think they have a phone list built upon customers who give their numbers willingly. They must have wrote my number down by mistake or mis-dialed. Just ask them to remove your number, they are were very polite about it.

I just got a call from the same number. I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

Any leads to who/what it's from?

Number has called a few times before, no message no hang up.
