Unsolicited and illegal telemarketing for lending

6-11-10 Caller is Debt Relief.  ID says customer care.

I'm having the same problem with this company.

I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry, but this doesn't mean they will stop calling.

I've added a post to this site with a plan - If you can provide me the direct number for these guys, I will call them every waking moment and politely request to be removed from their list.  This will take up some of their worthless time.

If it works, I will post the results so others may do the same.

Since my home phone number has unlimited long distance capabilities, I will ring their phone off the hook.

I've received five prerecorded message calls to my home phone number during the past three days from this same company, and I too pressed "2" to be removed from their calling list, but it did not stop the calls.

I even called the 315-701-3351 number only to receive a similar prerecorded message saying to press "1" to be removed from their calling list.

The first three calls originated from 715-254-0352, and the last two calls from 315-701-3351.

My home number is both unlisted and on the National Do Not Call Registry so I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry website; however, I have a plan if the calls continue.

Here is my plan: If someone will give me the direct number to this nagging company (a number answered by a live person or a service that will allow me to leave a message), I will begin calling it every waking moment and advise them to take me off their list.  This will cause them to spend some of their worthless time listening to either me or my message.  Also, if others will do the same, then maybe we will be removed from their calling list.

To 'help' with credit card debt.  
Have 'removed' myself from thier list several times but they still call daily.

Hangs up when answered

It's from Stephens Point, Wisconsin.....

Cowards to call and not talk.  Fishing for live phone numbers probably.

This is a scam, claimed that because I was making timely mortgage payments he had a refinance set up with a lender for me... but oops, I rent, don't have a mortgage.

These finance snake oil salesmen are getting more and more desperate, I hope they all starve.

They won't stop calling

I recieve calls from this # at least 3 to 5 times a week.  I have followed their prompts to be removed from their list.  I have also spoken to employees of this company, and was reassured that the would personally remove my number from the list.  This has been going on for over 5 to 6 months.  I am completely fed up!  This number is a business, and each time either I or my employees have to stop what her or she is doing is costing me money and time.  THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

This number has called three times already today and when you answer the phone they don't answer....I'm sure there will be more calls coming in yet today.
