I got the call about 4 times. 3 times they left a voice mail that was 7 seconds long and had a beep half way through and thats it. I finally answered and again, one beep, a couple seconds later it hung up. I called back about something for WCA and they didn't recognize my number, I looked it up and got more then one answer. Hope it helps. :)

I have had a couple missed calls from this number....no voicemail.  I called the number back and it was a recording that said "Thank you for calling WCA subscriber services this number is for subscribers only and we don't reconize your number as a subcriber."  I called a couple more times to get the whole message right and now when i call it just says..."good bye" I am in the Rhinelander, WI area.

I just got the call also... Portage County Wisconsin number. I pressed one and it rang 15 times before I hung up. Said I entered and won cash towards a trip.  Key word. TOWARDS. Im sure with another grand added I could have a lovely time lol.

When I answered it was a recorded msg saying I or a family member had been entered online for a travel drawing of up to $2500 in travel vouchers to be used toward a resort trip to cancun. (The trip included unimited alcohol, covered meals & shows) Press 3 at any time to be removed or press 1 to claim my prize. I Pressed 1 & was transfered to a live person (male) who did not identify himself, simply congradulated me on winning & said to claim my prize I had to meet 2 requirments. 1st: be 25 or older. I told him I was. (somewhat understandable as alcohol was part of the prize) 2nd: Have a major credit card. When I told him I had a debit & prepaid cards carrying those logos (mastercard & visa) he said it had to be a major CREDIT card & hung up on me.

It's a company trying to sell dental insurance.  I went online a year ago to get car insurance quotes and have regretted it ever since as somehow I ended up on every list for every kind of service imaginable.  Yuck.

I got a call from the same number, didn't answer and no voicemail..I called it back, its some stupid thing where people are intered into a drawing to  "win" money every time you answer your phone....if you stay on the line it gives the option to take your number off the list but you have to push cancel and wait for them to go on and on about why you shouldn't cancel then it gives you the option again then hangs up...
