I got took from this man for $8,000 cash. It was suppose to be a buy/sell 2 cars agreement. He kept the money, I tried to sue but he got a lawyer and since he makes no documentation or never offers a contract, I lose......
On top of this he kept my car for a year and it got rat infested and couldn't pass emmissions. I had to tow it away and goto Eurasian Auto. That was another 1,000 to fix...
I'd like to think karma gets people, but it seems this man has a free ticket to scam whoever he wants. He has nothing nice to say about anyone, his name is infamous around town.
His ex-employee said he was owed 4,000 in labor. He warned me about him but I didn't listen. Anyone reading this please don't make the same mistake we all did.

I also recieved the letter from the US Dept. of Justice. I guess everybody complaining and contacting Kern County may have helped. I wish everyone the best and hope everybody gets some justice for these crimes that were committed against those of us who work hard to make our money everyday. Good Luck All

We are victims of Maxwell Turner and Associates as well as the Attorney General of California, who refused to assist in stopping this Thieft. They took us for a ride while "Patrick Stewart" claimed to be an attorney, there is a Patrick Stewart who is an attorney in California, but it isn't this person at Maxwell Turner. I would love to be apart of a class action against them and will also be calling the Kern county DA. If there is a less open forum to discuss this, let me know. We are still paying off the loans we took out for their "expenses". We also have full documentation with dates, notes and agreements available.

To all of you that were scammed i am so sorry and hope that you get what you deserve as for these POS's I will continue to work with the law to make sure that they get what the deserve as well, PRISON..... I was screamed at called bad names and disrespected alot by these men and although i did contact some of you personally to warn you i couldnt take the chance of losing my bread and butter but now that i look back at it i may have been working for that money but it was stolen and dirty..... I too received a phone call and these guys are some smooth talkers! I consider myself to be pretty witty and not easily taken, but they got me! Long story short I gave them $650 to collect a $3800 debt for me and they disappeared with my money! Their phone number disconnected! I have no way of contacting them! Sent multiple fax! NOTHING! AVOID THIS COMPANY! If anyone has been successful in recouping money from these low lives please let me know how you did so.
