Several weird calls saying they have some legal issue with my social seurity and drivers license numbers and if I don't call back, the issue will default to another partyt. Left this number but return call does not go through.

I get phone calls from this number all the time about someone else --- I've already told them to stop calling but they keeeeeeep calling.. Seriously??? Do you think I gave them their number back or what???? OMG I just wish they'd stop!!!!!

Last November 2011 I got a call on my cell from Sterling and Seymour.  The message wanted me to call 866-981-6464. They asserted that my Mother, who is now 81, 4 years ago had a Best Buy credit card and bought a $1400 big screen tv. Never happened.  They had bought the account and were willing to settle for half ($700). They are threatening to serve me papers and to freeze any bank accounts that have my MOm's name on it.  She only gets social security and they are threatening to freeze that.
No papers came.  I saw a post that mentions calling Collections Harassement 800-818-0382.
