Number keeps calling and leaving threatening messages about arrest etc with issues related to IRS.

I just got this call a few mins ago. The first I did to make sure the number was legit was check on th IRS link. And obviously it is not. I then I see all these posts with the same number. It feels good to know that it's a scam.

WE HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.  SPEAK YOU YOUR LAWYER,  A LOT OF VERBOSITY. I have no lawyer.
The spammer should have researched the facts. Threatening legal action.  When I picked yp the phone in the middle, the "MACHINE" kept on reciting the programmed words.  Can take the sleep away from your nights.

DO OUR CONGRESSMEN KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS??

Sargent Thomas Vent called claiming he was with IRS investigation; legal issue and we never returned his phone call after several attempts and he was going to issue a warrant out for our arrest. It is a scam, NO NOT CALL NUMBER BACK!

I received a call from this number saying transferred to reach me for months and now they are issuing an arrest warrant. Ok was not to disregard this call but have my attorney contact this number.

I had a call from 407471 1301 on my cell Phone and from 716-210-8028 claiming that they were from IRS. With Indian accent saying to get my lawer as I will be deported.

The truth is the IRS usually first contacts people by mail ? not by phone ? about unpaid taxes. And the IRS won?t ask for payment using a pre-paid debit card or wire transfer. The agency also won?t ask for a credit card number over the phone.

If you get a call from someone claiming to be with the IRS asking for a payment, here?s what to do:

?If you owe federal taxes, or think you might owe taxes, hang up and call the IRS at 800-829-1040. IRS workers can help you with your payment questions.
?If you don?t owe taxes, call and report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
?You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
Be alert for phone and email scams that use the IRS name. The IRS will never request personal or financial information by email, texting or any social media. You should forward scam emails to phishing@irs.gov. Don?t open any attachments or click on any links in those emails.

A***oles keep calling me from different number, multiple times, same message. "you will be arrested in 45 minutes if you dont call back". This is happening in America. it has been happening for the last 2 weeks. Complained to authorities, nothing happened yet.

I called them back few times and cursed them out they cancelled the number...scumbags

Received a call from this number accusing me of money laundering, dealing drugs, have terrorist ties etc.  I will be arrested in 45 mins, lose my job so on and so forth.  I have broken rule # 38 of the IRS code....all for $2345.

These guys needs to be found and punished, they are abusive, and sadly possess some of your personal information...now who are the terrorist?!

I also got strange call that they have't been able to reach me and something about taxes and my lawyer should call them. Most annoying was that this was early in AM and woke me up. If it were really about taxes, my accountant, not my lawyer would be the one to deal!

THIS IS A SCAMMER!!! PERPERTRATING LIKE HE IS AN AUTHORITY WITH THE IRS TAX CRIME DEPT. ALMOST HAD ME BELIEVING THAT IF I DIDN'T PAY HIM $3,454, THEY WOULD BE ISSUING A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST IN 45MIN, GETTING ME FIRED FROM MY JOB, AND FREEZING ALL OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS. RED FLAG WAS WHEN HE SAYS I NEED TO GET A GREEN DOT MONEY PACK CARD TO PUT THE MONEY ON IT & THEN CALL HIM BACK WITH THE CARD # TO PAY HIM. BEWARE!!!!!

This number keeps callin n leaving threatening voicemails

I have been getting this call for the past 3 days now. Yesterday it was Sebastian and today from this number 716-210-8028.  He left message regarding IRS  fraud done by us and that I should call back right away or my lawyer should.
Today's call said they are proceeding with the charges. the whole tone was very demanding and derogatory.

We should have some way of stopping these scamsters trying to outwit hard working folks!

I received the call from this a***ole saying "this is officer...", It scared me but I am ok after searching the caller's number here. received 4 calls today. Is there a way to stop this, I had also received the call from 714-853-1212. I would like them to be murdered

I just got a message from today and it says the same thing.  I was scared to death. This has stop.  Is there any way to get even with this scam???

I had a few calls from him. I told him this was a scam and ifhe was truely from IRS send me a regestered letter. How dumb does he think people are. The IRS does not call you on the phone they send you a letter. Haven't heard from him now for a while. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

These are the same people who have been calling me for the last 3-4 years with a different magic jack phones. They are based in India. Call them back by protecting your phone number. Dial *671 followed by their number. Your number displays as unknown. Curse them to your full extent. You r safe. If hundreds of people will dial him daily and keep his line busy... That's the revenge. Somebody should find out an Internet program to call them automatic continuously using computer. That will choke his line. I called him and cursed him at least 10 times today. Feeling good.

I got the call from the same guy pretending to be a Crime Investigator for IRS.
Confiscate my Passport, Drivers license, SS card and levy my bank accounts, home, car and other assets.
Arrest warrant issued for me within 45 minutes if I did not deposit a CASH bond for $5,326 at the local IRS office.
I should not talk to anyone else about the cash deal otherwise will be subject to arrest and deportation.

The call originates from India. I called the number back and asked them what the problem.  He started to curse in hindi, since that my mother tongue i also replied in kind!!

Same stupid guy called me 3 times, left annoying message as if they are going to arrest me right away. Let them go to hell, why don't they do favor by killing them self.

Are you kidding me with this s***? This guy just verbally harassed the hell out of me over the phone for $2500 in back taxed owed since 2008 claiming I had 4 counts of fraud against me. I have never been so relieved to see that it's a scam, but how f****ng awful is it that people are out there scaring people into these scams.

4 Calls today that I was going to be arrested .I filled a police report on this scam and I hope that these low life scum rot in HELL!!!!

I just got this same vmail from today.   Nasty tone from whom sounded like a non-US citizen with an accent, threatening to have authorities come to my arrest, just like everyone says here. Unbelievable how low some human beings on this planet stoop to in order to try and scam money out of people.  I for one hope people like this rot in hell when their judgement day comes.  And I'm not even a religious zealot or anything like that, but this jerk pi$$ed me off that much that yes, I now wish him bad fortune from today to the rest of his life, and whatever happens to this a-hole when he dies...

Got a call from this number today - two, in fact.  Said they were from the IRS, Agent so and so, they've tried to contact me many times and now there is a warrant out for my arrest for tax fraud.  If I do not call the number immediately, within 90 minutes the local authorities will be at my door with a warrant for my arrest.   I called the States Attorney's office, and the sheriff's dept and talked to a detective.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Do not call them back; the scam is that they tell you that you owe $$$$ and must immediately send via wire transfer to a certain number or you will be arrested.   Call your local police dept.  This is going on all over the country. Got the same call from someone claiming to be Sebastian H at 11:00 today. When I called back they claimed they were the IRS investigation unit, but they hung up when I started asking questions.
