same thing with the first entry, accusing my mom that she needs a lawyer before calling them back because of what was owed.

Received several messages at work from this #. The message is rattling off so fast that I cannot even understand what is being said other than an attorney will be in the office next Wednesday to file charges. They also called my brother and released personal infomration to him that i owed a debt. They got him worried trying to track me down thinking I was in serious trouble. This is ridiculous- I dont even know what debt I have if anything at all. If there is a debt owed I would expect to see a letter in writing with detailed information of what the amount owed is and who it is owed to (and for what!). I refuse to call back because I am fully aware that this type of communication is not professioanl nor is it legitimate. There is still due process in this country and I will not be intimidated in to calling someone back who handles matters n this fashion.
