It's Randy Zaffran and he's been busted. FTC knows all about him and his partner who poses as (get this) a Sherrif. You won't be hearing from them. Delaney Rubenstine is a fake and so is Eastern Aqusition. Both are ficticious companies also. He's going to jail.

Received another call fromt his phone number today on both my cell# and work#; the white pages indicates that this is a landline in NY, but neither this phone number or another phone number that they are using 1-866-597-4639 come up under the BBB website.  When I research further under 800notes.com, people seem to indicate that this a person operating a scam out of their residence in NY.  They have been reported to the FTC.  I have placed a block on my cell phone for both this # and the 866# with my carrier.  Hopefully, that stops the calls, but I cannot really do anything about my work # except not respond to the calls.

These people are still calling under this phone number and then also using 1-866-597-4639.  I received this same phone call last month but ignored it.  I live in a state miles away from NY so why are they bothering me?  I don't know anyone in NY, nor do I owe any debt in NY.  I have now placed a block on my cell phone with my carrier.  You cannot really stop them from calling you at work which is frustrating.  All I can do is not respond to the calls.  If I owe someone some money, they had better send me something in writing in the mail which I have never received anything from anyone in NY.  You know that they are scammers who somehow stole your personal information via the internet.  They had better watch out because my state doesn't allow collection agencies or payday loan companies to do business in our state without a license.  I am reporting them to the Attorney General's office and the Department of Commerce along with the FTC.  So tired of these kinds of calls.

Received a phone call from this phone number today on my cell phone- no VM was left.

Nice try randy. Now these @$$holes are calling up the work places and of course the caller ID is blocking the calling number. Now Delaney Rubinstien  is a 'Sheffif Dispatch' calling up people's jobs and trying to harrass the superiors of the people they are trying to scam. I called a dept meeting to announce that if these criminals call to inform them THIS IS A PLACE OF WORK and NOT TO CALL AGAIN. By law they CAN'T CONTACT YOU AT WORK. They also hev to by law within 5 days send you mailed documentation that they attempted to contact you. If a REAL collector had proof you owed money then you would be served papers YOU would have to sign for them and they WOULD SEND IT TO YOUR LAWYER at your request. If you're under the care of a lawyer, they CAN'T contact you! The fact that they continue to call you shows they are scammers. So now our scammers FROM Buffalo are pretending to be ploive sherrif dispatch. Impersonating legal authority adds extra time on the prison sentance. You're going down...Fedral prison! Oh yes!!!! I AGAIN REPORTED you to the FTC.

Keeps calling my phone and leaving messages for Sanchez regarding proceedings, when I did answer my phone did not identify themselves just ask to speak to Sanchez, this is harassment. I am sick and tired of it.
