Mrs. SImmons called & said she was calling because there may be a process server ready to serve "some documents" and to call her back.  If they are lawyers for a pay day compnay, I have never taken a pay day loan.

they say the are DM and Associates and that they are lawyers for a paid day loan company.  If you call them back and ask for the extension given they ask for your number!  I refused and told them they knew it I was put on hold and they never called back!  They use scare tactics and threaten to sue, then they say I wish you good luck!

very nasty -- said they were going to file a felony theft charge on me for a unsecured credit card.  Called Lawyer -   This company are a bunch of idiots -- but very aggressive and attempt to scare people.  Plus I didn't have a credit card.   Filed Complaint with BBB and AG for threat.  We'll see who get this last laugh.
