i answered when he called. i asked for the company and he gave attitude and suggest that i settle with him out of court and that he wanted my attorney info. is there anything i can do to prove him wrong and hopefully stop this from happening to others?

I had the same exact message as MAD did above from the same person Tony Davis. He is quite bold as he also wanted the name of my attorney. Not only has he left me messages but somehow he has gotten my mother's cell number as well and calls her many times throughout the day. The actions of others are truly unbelievable !!

The same Thing happened to my daughter on Monday 5/14/2012 - unbelievable how some people can live with them self after they do this to people. People that work a real job to pay their bills, and then have someone like this call and try and scare you into giving your money. We need laws that as soon as they locate these people they can be arrested NEVER to be let out in our society again!!! But if they were let out all the people they did this to would be notified before hand and be waiting for them when they get out. Shame on you how do you sleep at night, these people have taken life savings from people that are left with nothing. It is sick to know this is how low people will go. All I have to say now is if they are not caught and punished here NO WORRIES because one day they will be held accountable to someone much bigger than they would here on earth.

They called. He said his name was tony davis with a litigation office. He said the attorneys wanted my statement and they attached a note to try and have my license taken for 120 days. This is the number he left 18887166226.
