|They contacted me at my place of employment, and disclosed my entire account with my manager,what should i do about these people?

this place is a complete scam they contacted me at my place of employment, and disclosed my entire account with my manager, they continue to call my parents saying i'm going to jail, and that they are going to call cps on me since i probably can't take care of my kids.  What should i do about these people, i have no idea what they are even talking about.

Kirk Krofka Sr runs this collection agency with his son Kirk Jr. and Melissa Krofka who do nothing but try to scare people into paying their payday by raising the amount to over $1000 so the Krofka's can pay their employees. These people are scumbags and should not believe anything they tell you....ask for a letter before giving your credit card information to these scam artists in Jamestown, NY. If they deny you a letter you can always give Karen Davis a call, NY's finest Attorney General and get them shut down for not abiding by the FDCPA regulations as the bill collectors they hired off the streets probably don't know what that is. You can find these people at West third street in jamestown ny 14701 on the second floor of the westgate office building. You can find kirk there smoking crack out of a can in his office on his couch! His crackhead sister is probably there also,Melissa krofka. Just get an attourney and file a suit against them with attorney general aknowleding the suit.

these people are calling my home every day comes up as northwestern agency....a 'collection agency', no message given but if we get another call from these wanna be collectors they will be sorry they even called!

I would not even give that company any sort of money if they are threatening you in their message saying they will take you to jail, and serve you with a summons.....sit on your front porch like I did, no one came, they are just full of s***....this company is a scam run by a bunch of lowlife scum who live in Frewsburg, NY who just want to get your money to pay their bills as the owners have no money to pay their employees....the company also is jacking up what you really owe, you may have got a loan for $350 but they are overcharging people for over $1000 or more....give Karen Davis a call and have them shut down!!!!!!!
