I also received call from this number-looking for someone else-
Reporting to NY DA office

I have been getting harassing phone calls on my cell and at work everyday 2 or 3 times a day.  I asked the caller not to call me at work to no avail.  He identified that he was calling from Rober James & Associates but as of today has not told me who he represents. My attorney says it is a payday loan scam and not to  answer but this is almost impossible at work.
