This is a scam company operating under various names.  I would suggest anyone contact them perform their "due diligence" and look them up on the Better Business Bureau before calling them back.

Who are you, Lenny? If they wanted to talk to me about a legal matter they wouldn't hang up as soon as I answer.

THEY ARE NOT SCAMS. I owe money from a surgery I had and was suppose to make monthly payment. I have not payed for months. So they are collectors trying to get money for the company I had the surgery with.

All you have to do is ask them for a fax number.  Fax a letter stating that they are to cease all telephone communications immediately and may mail any correspondence they have to... a list an address.  You are receiving the calls because at one point, you obtained a "Pay day" loan and there is probably unpaid dues from this.  The laws get very tricky but there is a seperate credit reporting agency regarding this and you can obtain a report.  I found this out after I defaulted and finally got in touch with who to pay.  Sad part is the agency never reported my payment and I have to deal with the phone calls and harassment.   It's been 5 years!  and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight :(

I've been getting these for months and I've been deleting.  This morning's was an especially mean/urgent one from our good friend Lenny Levine.  Saying he has been trying to help me and he doesn't want to report me as be uncooperative.  Ridiculous.  Left message from 716-362-1591.

Leaving that recording on your business voicemail is illegal.  You can't just report to the BBB, you have to report to the FTC.

No, you need to file with the FTC.  The BBB has no power.

If you call the UPS store, they say that they will not allow people to use a "suite number" as their UPS box.

716-362-7607 fake name paul brunner and used a different 716 number with a different name. he wants you to give him your SSN and other identifying numbers to commit identity fraud. i recommend you giving no information but you call him back repeatedly all night and day without giving him any information or letting him talk.

Same here, I get calls constantly from the same voice recording, but from 3 different names.  I called them back and the "secretary" stated they are a Mediation firm, but couldn't give me too much info.  After I stated if I owe you anything, why haven't I received a letter from you and on what this regards.  I told her once I receive a notice, I would be willing to work with them.  Then about 5 min of hanging up, I get another voice recorded call saying I will be charged for not cooperating, um..  I think these people look at peoples credit reports from 5+ years ago and tries to recover funds of something.  Little do they know, I have nothing that needs owed.

I receive a call on my cell phone.  I'm told someone at the residence is accused of something and I need to call them back to cooperate.

Same scenario as the above each and everyday a legal matter to resolve if I don't call before 6PM I am considered 'non cooperative' ....   But what is it about ???  They never say my name but will be happy to take my Tax Refund if I give them my social security number to resolve the matter.

This is a pay as you go/disposable telephone with no identification, so YES a SCAM and using my minutes, And since I have not credit cards, bank account, bills in my name,etc. don't know who they are actually calling

I want them to STOP calling me, it's my work cell and does not even belong to me!!! Based on another poster's comment, I filed a complaint with the NY BBB. We shall see if the calls stop. It's such a shock to the system when you get that call, you don't expect those at work. These are recordings of the same guy , never a live person, never leave a name of the business just says Lenny, so I did a web search on the phone number and found M & L Capital. This time they called he was using a different name and he said it so fast I could not get it but the voice was the same, and that I BETTER call them before 6:00 PM ,, would that be NY 6:00 or Hawii's 6:00. Stop bugging me! I did call them back once and could not get anybody to answer.

Our business receives calls weekly with the same recording as posted here. I just filed a complaint with the BBB.  They are disruptive, threatening and a nuisance. If it were legitimate they should contact the correct person with the proper information - not ominous recorded messages for no specific intended party.

They are a scam!  They called saying I owe a debt.  I called that debt and they didn't even have a clue to who R and L Capital was.

1.  Changes his name weekly but voice is very distinct.  
2.  Never says who he is looking for.
3.  Numbers are not always the same.
4.  Always says I must call back by 6pm and this is the last day to call.
5.  Calls have been coming in for months.

The company name is R&L Capital not RL Capital.

I have been getting the same calls from RL CAPITAL. They do not say who they want to talk too,the guy calling says his name is Mark Jacobs then calls back and says his name is Lenny Levine and another call from him using the name Richard Rawling.I think they are a debt company fishing for information about some one.If they had anything on you they would serve you with papers.Look them up at New York Better Business Bureau they have an F rating.Complain to the NY BBC about them And they will stop calling.

We (this is a business #) have been getting these calls for about 2 or 3 months now and he gets more threatening with each message.  I just picked up a voice mail and he said he was trying to help us out of a serious situation and if we did not cooperate with the investigation he is going to have to report us as being non-compliant.  His name is Lenny Levine.  He must be calling after hours because its always a voicemail at our main # that I get the next morning.  I'm ignoring it!

They keep calling me. One of them hung up on me. Then I called them back and one told me the other was in a bad mood because his wife cheated on him. They used another number also....855-208-7341..What is gonig on with this place.
