They call all the time on my cell which is a new number for me since April. They do not leave any messages just calls early in the mornings. I wish they would stop calling. I have tried blocking but it want let me.

They are dispictable sewer rat scum. Just your everyday criminals. What goes around comes around. They'll get theirs!

ACI calles all the time early in the morning sat, sun they dont care its so anoying omg! i had a chase account also had a negative balance of 323.54 and this is the collection agency they send it too so un professional and rude picked up once, they asked my for my last 4 digits of my ss and they didnt even want to tell me what they were calling for crazy with all the messed up things going on now a day like i would....

I too tried to close an account at Chase Bank because I had some fraudulous auto check withdrawls that overdrafted my account to a neg. $224 balance.  I was told that they wouldn't close my account because it was negative and they would not stop the auto withdrawls.  I stopped using the account all together so the fraudulent withdrawls wouldn't be paid but Chase continued to charge me overdraft and returned check fees until I was negative $1600.  I have told them that I would pay the original $224 but they refused to withdrawl (for lack of a better word) the other charges to close the account.

Yep, I bet it is regarding Chase.  I had an account there, and I closed it - still owing money, but they kept adding fees, and now it's gone to collections.  Little do they know, they're wasting their time.  They're not getting their money.  I never answer my phone to unknown numbers, so they can call all they want...I'll just add them to my "go straight to VM" list.

They are unfortunately legit.  They do bug the hell out of you though.  They also grasp at straws to find people who may know you and a number for you.  Mine is related to JP Morgan Chase.  A bank account that was closed and I still owed money.  But I tried to close it and they kept adding fees.  I hate Chase.  And the collection practices of ACI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah , the want info but are unwilling to tell me what the call is about...like in today's world I am going to give out information to some yahoo calling me every hour on the hour

they called me asking me to verify the last 4 of my social security and my address, and they didn't even want to tell me what they were calling for or what they were calling about, how rude of them, how did they get my phone number any how

I get about 4 calls a day from this number. I never answer, and they never leave a message. I figured it was a collection agency but decided to google the number. Glad I did - isn't ACI the agency that was just in the news for threatening to end a woman's life if she didn't pay? Please. Like I'm EVER picking up that call.

I have received several calls from this people. They dont know my name but have left reference
numbers on vm. call several times leaving very long messages. to return call.
I call one time and they asked me for my social security number. Of course I did
not give them any information.

They   sat on phone  vreathing in my ear  ... pervert   called  them back   wont  answer ...  they have  left  messages on  vm  but   when I  go to  web  site  they  give it  says  my info is incorrect .... they call  constantly   not only  me  but   my  parents  too

ACI--collection agency.  They were hounding the hell out of me, until I bought the ebook, "Stop the Calls," from Amazon.   I get only 1-3 calls a week now, instead of 58.  And they're tossed out of my VM like peanuts to an elephant. No more ACI  lol...
