Called my cell phone didn't answer    But noticed a car parked a few doors away from house with 2 Spanish looking guys sitting in car watching street

Kind of like the gun laws....the bad guys don't follow the rules.

The government could spend less time worrying about other countries and crack down on the problems we have here, we wouldn't be having this problem.

Called me this morning. Why can't the government crack down on these scammers?

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,    BUT,   when they finish  "servicing" them, they will have NO available credit remaining!

This caller said they were from Credit One Bank, claiming to lower my interest rate.  Asked for the last 8 digits of three of my credit cards.  Claiming that Credit One Bank is working with 4 other credit card companies, and could lower the interest of them also.  They said my account balances on all three of my cards, they requested the expiration date.  Transferred me to a Supervisor, Ryan who now claimed to be with Credit Card Services and they lower my rates with all my cards for $785.00 coming out of my Checking Account, thus needing that account #.  I asked if he was with Credit One Bank,  he said no, only Credit Card Services.  I said this is a scam.  He hung up.  BEWARE!!

They are also using 315-285-0092.

Called, left no message. I am on the DNC list. How do telelmarketers get away with calling when I am registered to NOT receive these calls!?!

Agree completely. Call came in on my cell phone, recorded message, appears to be phishing for credit card information.

Automated call with an offer to lower the interest rate on the credit card I have with them (I have no credit cards).  Followed the prompts to speak with a representative.  This is a scam to get your credit card and bank account information.

Getting to the point if I don't recognize the number, I google it.  They are always Telemarketers.  Makes me wonder how many legitimate calls I'm missing.  Yes I'm on the " Do not call list".

This was a credit card message telling me to push #1 to get better rates on my credit card.  I don't have credit cards and wanted to know where they got my number.  I pushed #1, no answer

This old spoofed number is once again being used by the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

I just received a recorded message from this company telling me they could reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed the button to speak with a live person to tell them to take me off of their list. Of course he hung up on me. How irritating.

we get a lot of unwanted calls from telemarketers.  this last one the ID showed NORTH AMERICAN and we thought may be something important, now we found is one more telemarketer.  This is horrible !

The caller from this number was pretending to be from the "Credit Card" dept.  It was scam and I knew it because they didn't know what bank my card was issued from.  Reported them to the police.

Report this caller to www.donotcall.gov for telemarketing solicitation, especially if your number is on National or local  DO NOT CALL registries!

Got a call on my cell phone at around 11:20 on August 6th.  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.
