I recieved a few calls also. It turned out to be a wrong number. They were asking for someone else, but the man I spoke with confirmed NRS and claims its a collection office.

Left message on supposed legal suit.. Only first name was audible; company was said so fast you could not understand it. And gave a supposed "toll free" number. I don't even live any where near New York.

I forgot to add that I never picked up the phone to talk to them, just hung up when I saw the area code since anyone not registered in my cell phone is not someone I do business with.

I have no business with the NRS but they called my cell phone. I owe no debts and have no outstanding debts so I hung up. Thanks for all of the messages on here since I now know why someone from Buffalo, NY would be calling me, it's likely a scam. This isn't the first time I've had fake collection companies calling me but it's the first time I've had one on my cell phone. My cell phone is used specifically for work and it has never been used on any bills.

This is a collection company NRS or National Recovery Solutions. I did some research and they are actually licensed to collect debt in all 50 states. I was skeptical about receiving calls also, but I was able to settle a negative account for a pretty low amount. Just make sure you get a confirmation or paid letter from them.

Yeah I keep getting the same call. I noticed his reply too, "Not everything is a conspiracy???!!!!" WTF. Thats not very professional, so I would say not legitimate, as any professional in the business world is not going to that rude.

Keep getting the same phone call from the same guy, Ryan Richards, although last week I believe it was Chris Cazese, saying something about a case # and he was with NRS, wanting to talk to my husband. I want these harassing phone calls to stop. I will not be calling you back. If you can't send something in writing then you are not legitimate in my eyes. I don't even know how the f*** they got my phone number and I have never even heard of NRS.

I am Ryan Richards. Its not IRS Jessica it's NRS. I left a message with you for a reason. Call back and I would be happy to discuss. Not everything is a conspiracy! The 888.863.5498 is the toll free line out of a convenience so the person on the other end doesn't have to pay for the call, but feel free to call back on my direct.
Thank you

This is the 11th collection agency to call for the same person that I don't know. Complaint filed with the Attorney General.

Said his name was James Hubbard with NWS or something - threatened legal action on a debt I don't even have!
