I get faxes from this company and have asked them to remove me from thier fax at least 4 or 5 times.  I think I am going to turn them in to the feds for doing this after I have requested they not send me anything.  There are laws against this and I have the forms all ready to fill out.

i orderd supplies 4 mouths ago and still have not got any supplies in return if anywho knows how i should should contact let me know.

I have filed a formal complaint with the FCC, and have just received correspondence that they are investigating the matter. Log on to the FCC and complain. Be sure to save your faxes, also. After MONTHS of dealing with this nefarious company, I am condfident that the problem will be fixed.

The reason a company wouldn't take credit cards is very simple, you would have no way of getting your money back unless it's through them! If they took credit cards, you could dispute it with your card company and you would be reimbursed for not getting your goods - and any "scam" businesses like the ones mentioned wouldn't like that since their funds will taken from their bank accounts - hence the reason they ask for checks or money orders! I'm on here becuase of issues I have had with New York Textiles and Amenities - I highly warn anyone before ordering from them to do your research - if you can't wait 3 to 4 months to get your products, do not order from them - also they're customer service is non-exitent!! I wouldn't wish my experience with them on my biggest enemy for any reason, that's how bad they are!!

never make the mistake of doing any business with this company.  if you already are trying to beg them for your order or begging for a refund, just stop and call the better business bureau.  i'm trying to get my $1000+ refunded and i will find out soon enough how this crap of a company handles it.

Have been getting repeated faxes every Monday from this company. Sent a request to be removed 2 weeks ago and now I'm getting them every day. Filed a complaint with the FCC from the link another poster left. Thank you! Hopefully if enough of us do that we will get some action!

Not only that but if you have your number blocked they have a privacy manager on their phone line. So if you call you have to announce yourself first. What legitimate company would do this?

I have order my supply five month ago and yet to receive any of my supply
or the reqeste about the full refund. I have talk to the operators, managers and you name it all of their staff. they have given me lots of
promises about refund in mail or its coming this friday. it has been five months waiting for this co. to reply.I would tell whole world that newyork textile is a bogues and fraud to me, should never trust their fax price or their staff and never buy anything from this company.

WE ARE A HOTEL BUSINESS AS WELL, WE RECEIVE NUMEROUS FAXES FROM THIS COMPANY AND TO GO TO THE WEB PAGE A FIND OUT IT IS FAKE IS SOME BULL. WE ARE WASTING PAPER BECAUSE OF THESE CLOWNS. THEY NEED TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEAD THAT NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN IT EVERYONE USES THE COMPAMIES THAT IS SATISFACTORY TO THEM. IF WE WANTED TO ORDER FROM THEM WE WOULD CONTACT THEM. i agree with you what company in this day and age doesnt accept credit cards. when I called and they said that I knew right then that they were bull*******. I have never heard of such a thing. Any company that is real will accept credit cards.

I did little bit research on this company and I found same business practices as other supply company who are being investigated by FBI Cleveland office. Here are the patterns that you should look for.

1) They do not give physical address instead they uses mail box facility.

2) For some common reason all this alleged fraud company claims to have  
  started business in 2003!!

3) You can never reach their shipping department by phone.

4) They want atleast minimum $1000 payment upfront and they want you to fax
  check or moneyorder so they can start processing order (which allegedly
  never heppens).

5) Some of them claims to be a registered corporation but they are not.
  (you can search that on sec. of state website)

6) The main phone number that they give you is hidden or not published in
  phone books.
