I received a call for this number today, claiming they have been trying to contact me through phone calls and mail...but this is the first voicemail I've received.  I was at work, so I called it back and asked what company it was, they told me Monarch Resolutions.  I said thank you and hung up.  They called me right back and made a claim that they were trying to clear up fraud on my ssn and if I just asked about it when I called they would have told me.  I have no idea what they are talking about.

When they call back, give them your BK lawyer's name and #.
Debt collectors  do NOT have the authority to suspend your license.

This company has contacted me several times a day at my job and on my cell. I have told them to only call my cell but call once a day and when I told them my job prohibits personal calls the lady named Ashley started laughing and hung up, then called my cell threatening to have my license suspended for not paying my loan back. I have just filed bankruptcy, and had to because the economy has ruined my financially and I told them I filed to please stop calling and they them threatened to take me to court and wanted to fax my job paperwork to do some verification. I dont know how to make them stop harrassing me.

Probably the scum from Tri-Financial continuing their illegal harrasment.

They called my house looking for someone else who apparently used this number in 2006. I told them that the person does not live at my home and never has.

I have a private phone number that only 3 family members know. I got 2 calls from this phone number this morning. They left a recorded message saying "443513 Have a good day." I have no idea what this is about. No company has my phone number. I also got 2 more phone calls 4 hours later from 716-525-1622. This time they left a recorded message that said "8483513 Have a great day." They also called 6 times in one day last week from the phone number 716-525-1617. They left no message then. It has to be the same people. They're just using different extensions. When I call any of these numbers back to tell them to stop calling all I get is a busy signal. I've reported them to the national do not call list because my private phone number has been on the list since I moved here about 8 months ago.

I have been contacted by this number.  It is Monarch Resolutions a  collection agency for illegal payday loan companies.  I can find no record of them as being licensed by the State of New York.  They are from Tonawanda, NY.  Report them for violating the FDCPA by calling at before 8am your time.  They can't call before 8am your time or after 9pm your time.  Ask them to validate the debt by US Postal Mail only.  Also, report them to your State Attorney General's office for violating the FDCPA and making harassing calls.

This number called me at 2:37 a.m. and woke me up.  Answered the phone and it was recording.  Boy was I pissed.  I will be reporting these creeps to the FCC.

This number has clled my house at 3:13 AM  Of course we were sleeping, and luckily it did not wake anyone, but I would have been really ticked if it had.  I do not know who they are or what they want.
