Anne, Account Solutions Group is a particularly sleazy debt collection operation which oozes forth from Buffalo, NY. Here's more information on them: http://www.budhibbs.com/debtcollectorpages/account_solutions_group.htm
If I were you, I'd send them a letter (via certified mail) directing them to cease all attempts to communicate with you and warning them that if they don't, you'll pursue every applicable legal sanction against them. Here is their address:
Account Solutions Group
205 Bryant Woods South
Amherst, New York 14228
Just be sure to mail it via *certified* US Mail and save a copy of the letter you send. If they contact you more than once after receiving your cease communication letter, then they are breaking the law and subject to fines for each incident. (By the way, you can also have an attorney send this letter on your behalf, but it's just as legally binding -- and cheaper -- if you do it yourself.)
You can find more details about the cease-communication option and other helpful information on the websites of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and consumer law attorney Bud Hibbs:

If you need an attorney to help in this matter, contact either the NACA or Bud Hibbs for a referral.
