If I were you, I'd send them a letter (via certified mail) directing them to cease all attempts to communicate with you and warning them that if they don't, you'll pursue every applicable legal sanction against them. Here is their address:

Just be sure to mail it via *certified* US Mail and save a copy of the letter you send. If they contact you more than once after receiving your cease communication letter, then they are breaking the law and subject to fines for each incident. Does anyone know what this company is all about. They have been calling us for 9 mths. sometimes 5x a day. trying to talk to our son. Some of them are very rude. We've told them he doesn't live at our number and they just keep calling.
