They called me as a reference to a relative and claimed that it is a legal matter with that person and to pass along this message. He says there is a returned item from that person's bank. If this were a real inquiry, I highly doubt they would tell me details regarding my family member's problem.

This number is continually calls my cell phone  saying that they are calling about a return check . Which I do not have. I call my bank so that I can find out what's going  on and they do not know anything about  return checks.   They thrusting me with laws sues that they leave on my voicemail.I want it to stop the contest calls are stress king me out.

I am sure the caller is a madman high on drugs. You should block this number and report it.

had a deputy call them hopefully this will stop. This morning, they were talking inappropriately to my minor son, and even threatened him saying he was going to show up at our front door for him. Make sure you put your numbers on the do-not-call registry and file a complaint on that site. Maybe this will put a stop to these jerks.

This number is constantly calling my sons, husbands, and my phone. This morning, He asked my minor son if he was "high". Then he called back and when my son called him stupid, He threatened my son saying he knows where we live, trying to scare my son! I am not sure who or what this is about, but I need to find out, so I can report him.

Whoever this is, keeps calling my 16 year old son on his cell phone while he is sitting in class. My son is in high school. I pay his cell phone bill and its in my name. The person keeps asking for a "Shawn Griffin" and there is no one by that name in our household. Obviously they have the wrong number. I've contacted them back three times explaining this and demanding to be removed for there calling list. Still, they continue to harrass my son.

This company and its representatives call my phone non-stop. They hang up on me when I tell them that I am on welfare and at this time I cannot pay this debt. Next, they hang up and have another rep. call back with the same question. They have threatened me twice with taking me to court. I responded with OK, send the paperwork and we can go talk to the judge, they hang up.

I have on every phone call received told them to please stop harassing me and to stop with the excessive phone calls at all hours, even weekends. They continue, I don't know what to do.

Recorded msg saying there was a returned item on my bank account. I do not have any returned items from my account, besides I have over draft protection so it would have been paid. I think its a scam.

Recorded msge said they had a returned check from my bank acct. I hvnt had checkin acct in over 10 yrs! Wtf!!
