My husband got a call from someone that states they are a processor servicer but unable to come that day to serve a 21 page document for intentional malis fraud on a 250 loan to money and more, wanting 983.00 dollars.  I spoke to a man by the name of mathew.  He further stated that they are a arbitration company.  The debt was from 4 years ago.  The very scary thing is they had my last 4 digits of my SS number.  I called the 855 telephone number, and he is unwilling to provide me any information stating I had to prove the debt was not owed and needs copy of my bank statement.  This is very scary.  Please report them to the a ttorney general of your state and Fair Credit Act.

They also have this # 855-668-8290 associated with Federal Restitution Services - how do idiots like this, get away with crap like this - there is a special place in hell for these jerks and KARMA is a true thing - they will get theres one day for doing this to people, don't know how they sleep at night

I rec'd a call from 716-568-8810, person named Danielle Pierce said she was from Federal Restitution Services & was calling about a bad check that was presented to Money & More - total BS  all of it - please be careful, they are trying to SCAM you out of money you don't really owe!!!!!  If you call the # back, it says it is not in service!!!
