left voice mail at my # for someone and said it was urgent. no such person even living at house; if this was ligitimate, they would call the correct #.

I goodled this # it is a collection agency Caine & Weiner Co., LLC.  Called about a past due medical bill.

Call from this number earlier today, no message left.  Go directly to the blocked number list....do not pass "GO", do not collect $200...

called our business repeatedly and would not speak. Said "hello" the last call he made and sighed heavily into the phone . Kept the phone line tied up for several minutes by not hanging up his end.
