Just received a call from 7166510753. Could not get to it in time as I am disabiled. I can not figure out who it is that called since I have paid for everything with cash for at least the past 17 years since becoming disabiled.

I just got a call today from this number 716-651-0753 from Kevin wall and associates saying something urgent about my SS#..wtf ever and they needed a statement from me imediatley...

I got the same calls, infact one just now from the # (716-651-0753). I know I have some debt but never in my life or for people I know, is this a conventional way to handle it. I am a single mom with two kids on unemployment. If they want money bring it try sqeezing blood out of a turnop. I refused to be scamed in to anythin. I also took a paralegal course and worked for a law office for 6 months and have never heard of "cold calls law". What is going on I need to know for sure so I can blow them off for good!!!!

Received call (message) from Daniel at Law Office of Jason Evans. Said they were given my name in reference to a court case and wanted to ask  me some background questions. He asked that I call back at (877) 651-0753 ext. 117, and said to refernce case number 796009. I did not call back!

Received several calls from this number (716-651-0753) trying to scare me into making payments by threatening my family and place of business.

I to have received phone calls from collections agencies and I used to work for one and yes they have been very rude to me. But when you read these  crazy stories about collection agencies it amazes me! People will do ANYTHING to get out of paying bills....But honestly sitting on the internet and complaining about it REALLY doesn't get you anywhere other then making your self look like a fool...every company has flaws..every company has people that work for them that are messed up but that doesn't mean that you all need to categorize the entire industry....When I spoke with a representative at Evans law associates, her name was Nicole she was probably the 3 rd person i talked to from that company but went above and beyond to help me as much as she could. She never denied me any requests that I had. I told her i wanted to see something in writing so she sent me a letter in the mail and i received it 4 days later and she sent me an e-mail and i received it with-in an hr... I personally have not had an issues with this company after i talked to her but Nicole was very helpful, I don't know if shes a manager or what but If i could have one person call me for all my debts I would want it to be her

I have received calls from this number 716-541-0015, he stated he was a officer with the justice dept. He said his name was officer Mike Johnson. I asked for a badge number he stated 278 then I told him I knew he was not a officer and asked him what state gave him the badge. He did not answer me on this just started yelling at me. I recognised this tatic from about a year ago when I was getting the same calls and turned it over to the authorities. He told me before he hung up on me thgat the police will be at my door in 45 min. I know this is a collection agency.

These people have been harassing me like crazy and at work too. They are completely rude and have made me cry a couple of times. I talk to Kevin McFadden and as soon as I start to disagree or rebute he transfers me to some giant a***ole. He has put me down as a single mom with medical issues. He calls me a liar and even hung up on me!  I told him that what he was telling me was not what I agreed to, he kept threatening me that he has them reordered and I will look like an idiot when they are played back. Yet he never played them back. I am so glad I found these posts. I will not be taking anymore of their calls and will be reporting them.

These people are calling my son stating I listed his cell number as a contact.  He has a new cell number which did not exist when I last took out credit.  They are asking for me - so they are totally lying!

Some bozo from (877)651-0753 keeps calling my parent's telephone number asking for me.  My parents keep telling them I don't live there anymore -- and haven't lived with them for over 20 years -- and my parents give me the message to call this place.  My parents have also told them that they will relay the message to me and for them NOT to call them again, but they will not listen to my parents.  Thankfully, my parents are very intelligent (both are retired school teachers) and they will not give out my number to anyone, so they always take a message and relay it to me.  These people have been SO RUDE to my parents, who are senior citizens.  When I call the number they give my parents, I always get an automated message -- except for today.

Today, I actually got to speak to a REAL LIVE HUMAN -- at least as "human" as Yankees can be...LOL!  Anyway, this Mr. McCleary was VERY rude and never revealed what type of "debt" he was calling about (by the way...I DO NOT have any outstanding debts).  Before I allowed him to go any further, I was sure to get his mailing address.  This is the mailing address he gave to me VERBATIM:

I accused him of being a "rude Yankee"  (hee hee hee!) and then he had the gall to ask me if I was "college educated", as if that mattered (Yes, I am, but didn't tell him that).  Then told him in no uncertain terms that if my parent's number was called again -- by ANYONE from their organization -- we would be contacting the Attorney General's office in my state for harassment.

I also was able to secure an address for the NY State Attorney Grievance Committee, but don't know if it's correct or not.  It is 8th Judicial District, 295 Main Street - Room 1036, Buffalo, NY  14203.

This is beyond ridiculous!

I got another call today and he said his name was "Chief" Washington and was calling on behalf of an attorney with Evan Law Associates about the paperwork that they sent to me.  Left the 877-651-0753 ext 120 and nothing else.  I guess he felt that the words chief and attorney would scare me lol  You can write to them and tell them to only contact you via U.S. Mail and not to ever contact you or anyone else including family members, your employer, business associates and friends again and if they do you will file suit against THEM.  Good luck!

I have recieved phone calls from (716)651-0754 and (877)651-0753 ,as well as automated messages stating that I have an important message reguarding my S.S.#. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with KEVIN MCFADDEN AS WELL AS HIS LOVELY CO-WORKER MATTHEW GARRETT,what a pleasure! They were both very verbally abusive and making accusations as to whether I were who I were "claiming" to be. Both refused to state their phone,physical address of the said law firm or THE ACTUAL REASON FOR OUR SPEAKING. As the conversation continued....Matthew Garrett went on to become rather heated to the point that he disclosed MY ENTIRE SOCIAL SECURITY # OVER THE PHONE when I decline to do so for him. I asked several time if it were some type of debt collection agency an each dodged the question several time. I was both put down and threatened then and on messages left on my home answering machine stating that ,"It was in my best interest to call them within the next 24 hrs if I knew what were good for me." This was from the lovely Kevin McFadden once again....The following day,it was a new message from (KELLY-guess she was scared to state her last name) and she told me I needed to contact her before an attorney had to go forward with what had occured days earlier with my case. I am taking AALLLLLLLL measures to put the heat on these total P** F*****S AND MAKE CERTAIN THAT THEY CEASE AND DESIST FROM HAVING A JOB/LIFE IF IT'S NOT FROM BEHIND BARS!!!! How they can lie their heads down at night and ever get a wink of sleep is beyond me! I will pursue this to the 9th degree and make certain someone is held accountable!!!! They called me back again today. Two days in a row, said they mailed out information and have called me several times. Yesturday was the first message I had at work and I have not received anything from them. I have no clue who they are but the guy is very rude on the message.

Evans law firm has called my mothers home for two weeks. they have left two actual messages and a ton of hang ups are recorded on the answering machine. They are calling for my father. The funny thing is my parents have been divorced for 14 years and my mom has remarried and changed her name. There is no connection my father has to my step dads house and they keep calling there! How do they get this information? Creepy!

They have been calling me multiple times a week for about 2 months now.  It's an automated message that says the call is in regards to a time sensitive matter having to do with the social security number of [name of person i don't know.]  They want me to call them back at this number immediately.  I tried to call once but it was an automated message.  Not sure what to do to get these people to STOP CALLING!

Got a call from Andrea x 136 she was really  nice worked out a so called settlement for me. I held the line and her supervisor got on the phone and demanded the debt in full said he could extend out for 8 months???  IF the company that i owed money to back in 2007 could do any legal things to me they would of done it then right??  anyway this place called my place of employment also, can I not write a letter requesting they do not call my place of elmployment? also when I asked for something in writing he got real offensive I told him I would mai lhim money but he would not get my personal banking info he did not like this either!

Called and left a message for someone I don't know. I called to let them know. The guy on the phone was rude and asked me over and over if I knew this person. When I demanded he not call my number anymore the guy hung up on me.

I got a message from these folks at work.  They advised my co-worker that they were giving me 24 hours to return their call before they call my employer.  Yep, I'm reporting them to BBB as well.

I recieved calls from Evans law Assoicates for about two weeks, and didnt respond, And when I came home from work, I got served with a summons for this Debt. Thanks for the great advise.. Now I have to pay my parents attny to answer the complaint..

They keep leaving messages on my cell phone from this number, but it is always a different person leaving msg.

This company keeps calling and leaving their number from Evans law on my phone and I have no idea what they keep referencing, and they want my bank account number which i will not give out at all, they keep insisting they sent paperwork in the mail, which i have not received.
