This has been bothering me for sometime now. There is a woman out there that has been wronged by this so called collection agency law office, BROKERAGE FIRM. Her name is "Ellen Strong." She's been SCAMMED out of some $17k by Laura Webster and Terry Jacobs...governments Mike Azzinaro (owner or Glorified Office Manager and Lamisha Wooten acting Office Manager). Lamisha by the instruction of Mike Azzinaro scammed this woman out of her money for an account that wasn't hers. Poor thing, her mother passed away and Lamisha told her that she would take care of all of her debts on her mom's credit report.  Ellen sent in a cashiers check for sum $17,000 and Lamisha and Mike pocketed that money. Poor Ellen...she calls the office to speak to "Laura Webster" but Ms. Webster is never available or is always in a meeting..Ms. Webster is sitting right there @ ext. 100 and if she isn't Mike Azzinaro is @ ext 118. Other collection agencies call there in regards to the accounts that were supposed to be paid off by Ms. Webster for Ellen and she even dodges them. What a SCAM!!!!...Ms. ELLEN STRONG...YOU HAVE BEEN WRONGED. BAMBOOZLED SCAMMED  out of all that money...and you deserve to get you money back.... I sugguest you contact the FBI and the NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. They have called my job over and over. When I told them it wasn't on my credit report, they gave me a number from the report and added additional four numbers. They told me they would called my employer and I told them to be my guess......and they NEVER did. The are people trying to steal from good honest people.

Left a message on my voicemail asking for me by name about somebody they represent filing a litigation against me unless I and/or my attorney contacted them in reference to Case # _____ to clear the matter up immediately.

The crime wave in Western New York continues?Keith Marshall and Richard Ziolkowski have set up their criminal debt collection operation near Buffalo, NY, debt collection capital of the world.

In typical ?Buffalo-Style? tactics Marshall & Ziolkowski are out there posing as law enforcement, attorneys and court personnel to extort monies from innocent consumers, under the threat of pending litigation they are incapable of.

Marshall & Zilkowski (or as the front of their building says MAZE) violate FDCPA so many times in one call you can walk out of court with the titles to their Mercedes and pay off the debts you actually owe.

Collecting on time barred debts is common with these slimy future prison inmates, they lie about everything, have no clue of the law, and don?t care.

We have received complaints from military personnel, here is one email:

?Right before Christmas we were contacted by these people.  After talking with Shawn Miller, we realized things weren't right.  Mr. Miller said that he would end my husband's military career, prevent his security clearance, and destroy his credit.  He also said that they target the military because the military will pay.  A lady then called me back, Jennifer Hoke.  I told her that this was old from 2001.  In fact it is due to go off our credit in May 2007.  I told her to send it in a letter to us.  They never did.  Finally on Dec. 23rd she said that if we didn't pay by 5:00pm (a favorite time for them) she would file it.  I told her no.  On the 24th, she called and said that she would sign off on the papers and we would be served.  Well it has not yet happened.  Shawn Miller was represented as a Paralegal, but with his language I don't know about that.  Jennifer never told me that she was collecting for a debt. . She repeatedly told me that we would have to go to court.  I told her that I understood that but we needed an answer to the complaint.  She said that we would have to appear in court, and if my husband didn't an arrest warrant would be issued.  But we haven't been served.  He is going to deploy in June and we want this settled before then.  This is a debt from 2000, and was charged off in 2001. Jennifer also told us that she would make this debt new again.  I told her that the 3 year limits were up, which is the limit in North Carolina.  She said that she would talk to the lawyer about that.  We were supposed to have a conference call with the lawyer, but they didn't call at the appointed time.

Be careful with them -- they stole $4000 from me earlier this summer, but pulling my credit report (violation) and figuring out the last 4 numbers.  I DO NOT owe them any money!  I also did not have to pay this, as my CC investigated the fraud report and found it to be in my favor.  Now they're back, angry that they lost their money, and threatening to file a civil case on me in a county I haven't lived in (or state, for that matter) in years.  SHADY.
