Just got a call - after reading the posts I'm going to set them up to forward to the FTC Do Not Call helpline: 1-888-382-1222. If you have call forwarding, and most folks with AT&T do, you can do the same.

It's the Childhood Lukemia Foundation looking for a donation. They call me 10 times a day. SOmetimes from other numbers. I tell them to take me off the list but they don't. I am also on the do not call list.

They called and didnt say anything. Just hung up. I called the number back and now I get a recording stating its the childhood leukemia foundation and to leave a number for them to call me back.

I am getting unwanted calls from 800-978-7819 on a daily basis - no message is ever left - they do not respond if I answer -  the number is busy if I try to call back. This is so frustrating I am on the do not call registry and they still keep callin me.

Saw this number in my work missed call list, no message left.  I called the company and left a message to place this number on the Do Not Call list.  This is a new number for me, so I'm not sure if the person prior to me contacted them, but somehow I highly doubt it.  We'll see if my call mattered, which I also highly doubt.

This number has call our home for almost 2 years now, they never say anything and then they hang-up.
We tried using different "hello" voices but there is never any response from them.
If you try to call that number back, it is always busy.
This is real harrasment!!!!

A company called credit card relief.

I have been getting calls from this number for months, on my cell phone. Sometimes I get three calls a day.

They have called four times a day every day for the last week. I am on the donotcall list and I have good credit and have never contacted a credit card relief organization.

Calls but never talks. When calling the number back you get a message saying all of the reps are currently with other customers and to leave a message and someone will get back with you. Also to leave a message to be removed from their calling list.

I received a call today on my cell phone.  All I could understand was I signed up for something.  When I asked "what?"  the girl repeated "what!!"  I hung up.  Has anyone reported them to the appropriate people for this calling violation?  I am on the do not call registry also.

I received a call from a black woman at this number. I told her to remove me from her list and she got smart with me. I called her a low life and she then threatened to come to my house and kill me. Not sure what to do. Called police to file report. She's called 7 times again since to  make additional threats.

I think a nice thing to do is to reciprocate and call CCR's toll-free number at their offices in Indiana every time they call you... what do you think?

just called my cellphone, I didn't answer ...

This number has called me three times in the last month.  It sounds to me, there's a low-life scum on the other end of the line.  He was not talking for several seconds before telling me that I signed up for some kind of credit counseling .

THIS IS GETTING TO BE RIDICULOUS!!!  THIS NUMBER CALLS MY CELL PHONE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.. I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST, YET IT CONTINUES.... A LOT OF GOOD THE DO NOT CALL LIST DOES!

I want them to stop....how can I make it happen?

thanks for the info. i called them directly and they assured me that my number will be removed. we will see. if this doesn't work i will send them a few fax messages or a letter fill will coffee creamer.. the powder kind.lol

Hey I'm a tough if you know what I mean. I made them an offer they can't  F__KIN refuse, to stop calling me, maybe you should try the same thing so they will stop calling you. Simply tell them your going to collect from them the hard way, trust me they will stop calling. BARA BING, FORGETTABOUTIT..... ;})

they cold called me,  said they received a call from my number and was calling to help me with my credit card debt. neither is true.

Keep getting a call from this number. They don't speak does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

getting a  couple calls a day every other day.  hangs up before I answer.  I reported to fcc they sent me a letter saying they were not violating the law.   I think we need some new laws,  this is getting old it uses my cell minutes.
