This is Creditor's Financial Group, a debt collector out of Buffalo NY.  Probably using an entire block from 716-691-3000 all the way to this number and beyond.  

They called my office 3 times today on the toll free number, which is a violation of the TCPA since the called party has to pay for those calls.  $4500 ($1500 per infraction) coming my way when I sue them.
