I just wanted to let you all know. I like to take out pay day loans for thousands of dollars and i don't ever pay them back. I like to give them my word and my account information. I like to tell them i will pay them back but in the back of my mind i no i will never give them back a dime. I'm a scum bag i know just like all you people whining. That's ok though. I know i received a free 10,000.00 dollars and i don't care if i have a civil matter or a criminal complaint that is going to be placed against me. Because i'm a dead beat and like to steal and not pay back what i gave my word on also signature that i would pay back.

They keep calling me about some check fraud which I know isn't true.  It may be about a payday loan.  Her name is Amari and she's trying to get my bank account number which I won't give to her. She keep threatening me..I haven't worked in 3 years due to illness.  I am speaking to attorney now I can possibly sue them for harrasment..I'm not worried though. Not at all..

I also had this Raymond Ruddy call for an employee of mine. He stated there were papers to be served to him and wanted my employee to call him. I took down his info, then Googled it. Yep! Seems like a scam.
I called the number back and asked them to not call back.

A man called my supervisor yesterday saying that he was going to come to my place of business to serve me papers for a company that was suing. I am afraid because I don't know if this is legitimate. He was very rude and threatening. Can someone please tell me who this is?

I got the same call from Mr.Ruddy. I have the voice mail recorded because it comes straight to my email. I answered once by mistake and told him to send the Police as a matter of fact I'll call him back from my local police dept. They cannot throw you in jail or press charges for a payday loan it is a civil matter period. They think everybody is stupid and just try to scare you/them with words like County and investigator lmao. Anyone can have that job title and work in the county of "whatever". They are stupid and anyone who has ever been to court knows that docket number do not start with the numbers and letters they give you. I love when they call now, I enjoy talking to him.. ;o)

P.S..... If you do a check fraud search on google under Raymond Ruddy, you'd all be amazed at what you would find online about it.

This person has called & left a message for me at my job.  Stated he was an investigator & that I needed to contact him within 24hrs because I would be getting served with papers within 48hrs.  Stated that my docket number was us104-4148.  I called them from a blocked number, but the recording said they didn't accept calls from private numbers & that I needed to unblock my number, then call back.  #1. If this is legitimate Investigation Office, I find it hard to believe that they would refuse a blocked call when it involves a so called "Financial" issue.  #2. They have my address & if this were legit, one would think I should've recieved letters through snail-mail at some point & time throughout this past year.  When I called them back from an unblocked phone number, the voicemail sounded real convincing & professional but I have had calls like this in the past so I don't know what to believe.  Last year a man of Latin / Mexican accent called to inform me that if I didn't pay them 1500.00 right then & there, that they were going to call the Police / Sherrif's Dept & have me arrested at my job.  Little did he know that I am not at my job during the daytime, I told him to send them to my home address instead.  Then he asked me where that was.  My response was, "I don't know?  Why don't you tell me where I live?  According to you, & what you said to me earlier in our conversation, you should have all of my personal information in front of you.  So look up my address on the loan bill & then you'll know where to send them".  Needless to say, that was almost 10 months ago & would you believe, I still have not recieved an actual bill in the mail yet?  Nor have I gotten any papers served from the Police Dept.  Hmmm, things like these tend to make a person start to wonder about one's credibility.  Online Cash Loans are illegal to begin with because they do not follow the government interest rate regulations codes.  So Dear Mr Ruddy; Send me a certified letter, along with copies of the bill(s) that you claim are owed to whomever they are owed to, & I will look them over.  In know that I still owe on a few of them, but unless you can pay my rent, food, utility bills, & gas money to get to work, then those few will just have to wait until I can get caught up with everything else.  I'll start paying them $5 / month until paid off.  If I continue to get calls at my job regarding this matter, then I will have to only start paying them $.05 cents / month until they get caught up.

I just received this call also rom a Raymond Rody.  I thank you guys for posting information to attest to what this call is about.  I have payday loans also, so I now suppose that to be the reason. I have recently been offered a mystery shopping job with a company that sent me a $3000 check upfront that I was to cash and send them back $2700.  I researched this company, only to find that they are also a fraud, and the people (victims) that send them $2700 are charged with check fraud!!

He let me know that I have been notified and good luck.

Raymond Rudy informed me that this was his last time calling.  He left a message with some claim number.  He said he didn't know what it was about, it could be identity theft.  He left be know that I have been notified.  He stated that he was an investigator.

I received the same call at work and on my personal line.  They said it was for check fraud too and something about possible identity theft on my behalf, and if I didnt reply they would file apapers in teh county I lvie in?  Are they for real?

- Did you have your court date yet?  DId it turn out to be anythign?  I had payday loans in the past adn after payign them over 1000% interest an attaorney advised me to stop paynig and I sent them a letter that covered me leagally.  I could have actually sued them!  So I don't know what this could be - most likely fraud but if you had a court date it really worries me.  I relaly hope all worke dout for you!  Please let me know!

The person at this number called my old employer alleging legal action if the call was not returned.  They claimed it was part of a court docket number US1028797 and that they were either an Attorneys office or law enforcement official.

this is for real it is about a unpaid payday loan and i do believe them the people that call that has a heavy accent i don't believe.  Good luck to u victor.  I took care of mine so i don't want them coming after me.

i recived the same type of call, bu after a couple of calls they did varify themselves to be lead investigators. i dident belive them that they were going to serve me, but after a week i did have process servers at my place of employment, and i did get a notice to apear in court. sometimes they said the county they say on vm are not 100 percent accurate, but i still am woundering what this is all about. they said i would find out when i was in court. they also said they ave me a chance to redeem myself, but i failed to contact there investigators. ughh is this really happening?

The second time they called leaving message on my VM he said this was his FINAL call to me and I must call them. They have a summons to issue me but the problem is they don't have an address for me. They said if I did not call back they can come to my employment( I have been unemployed for 9 months from previous employment). or said I arrange to meet them somewhere in a parking lot. Each call they made they ended the message by saying we wish you luck or good luck. I check with the county they alleged I had Fraud Check . There is no record of their claims. I have not received a call from any law enforcement. BTW they are calling from New York and the state they claim I have been alleged to did a Fraud Check is in Texas. What a JOKE!!!!
