Someone from this number keeps calling my relatives about bank fraud. I called the number and no one answers. Left messages and no one calls back. The call my mother today and threaten to take me to court.

I keep getting calls from these people saying they are going to take me to court ..but I found out the loan I had was sent to collections

Received call and they said they would issue a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't call them back by 8PM.  Said it was for a bounced check.  They left a claim number but when I called back they couldn't find it and asked for my name.  The person on the line said she was a lawyer and her name was Lindsay Freeman.  Left a call-back # of 214-919-0167 ext. 113.  It sounded fishy so I didn't give her any info and she couldn't find my claim based on the number she called me on.

THAT GUY CALLED ME TOO, HE SAID HIS NAME WAS FRED LONG...I REMEMBERED THE TRANSACTIONS THAT CAUSED THESE CHARGES....SO I JUST PAID THEM...DIDNT WANT ANY HASSELS DOWN THE LINE....THEY DID SEND ME A LETTER THAT SAYS I HAVE A ZERO BAL.

GOT A CALL FROM THAT # ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO..TOLD THEM TO F#$% OFF... ON 11/18 A PROCESS SERVER SHOWED UP @ MY DOOR AND SERVED ME... THE BAL WAS TWICE AS MUCH AS IT WAS WHEN THEY CALLED ME ORIGINALLY....MAN I WISH I WOULD HAVE PAID IT!

rec'd call today, 11/21/11 from "Investigator Fred Miller". The message was asking for my daughter(who has not resided here for lst 5+ yrs. The caller claimed he had a summons issued by the "commission of habitual offenders" and the charge were check fraud and malicious conduct both "felony offenses". The caller ID showed as Check Fraud Division.

This Jonathan Swanson accused me of knowing some "Angela" lady and I said I have no idea who the hell she is and he cont. to tell me she lives at this number and I cont. to agrue with this a-hole and he told me to write down his phone number and told me to have "angela" call him so I wrote the info. down to look this up after he got off the phone.  What a retard what a waste of his time and mine Jerk!!!

This company called and left a message for someone else.  I called back and said they had called about someone I did not know.  His name was Jonathan and he said fine.  I asked him how he got my number and he said it was from an association list. When I asked him about the list he would not answer.  I never gave him my name or number and when I asked him how he was going to remove my number from his list he hung up on me.

i got a call from this number saying that they are going to issue an apperance ticket for fraud and faslifying a document. I said well if you have my information go ahead and send the ticket then he said do you live in such and such county and i said don't you already know you called me and then he said im going to transfer your call over to some one in your county but i needed to call the lawyer at 7167486229 before he would issue the ticket. I said ok do what you need to and then he said im transfering  you and hung up on me. I know when i do recieve calls from unknown numbers that its from a collection agency.

Just got a call from the unknown number saying that i need to contact the lawyer at this number 7167486229 about an appareance ticket for fraud and faslifying a document. Said that he wouldn't issue the ticket until I made contact with the lawyer first. I said go ahead and he asked where I lived and I said well don't you know what county i live in you just gave me my address. He said he was going to switch me over to speak to someone from my county about the ticket and i said ok then he hung up on me

These people are very rudeand accusing me of fraud. That's illegal in PA even if they are from another state.
