Website shows a different number but i have gotten calls from the #7167486237 and it shows up as Upstate Offices they are actually located in Depew, NY..the address they show is correct.

I received a threatening call from this number claiming that he is an investigator in Cook County but the call was from another state. This gentleman was very rude and out of line and has violated the FDCPA.. He said his name was Mr. Tapia and I would like to find out the name of this company.. There is always a recorded message and nothing further. Thank you

These people are calling saying they're attorneys for Brown Andrews and Scott. They are trying to collect fraudulent claims, and asking you to pay the money in full over the phone or you will go to jail. Do not pay them . Please contact your local attorney generals office, and the federal trade commission. They aren't attorneys. call the New York bar association, and they will confirm this. They will contact your family, job and anything they can to get you to pay. Good Luck with these snakes.
