This is a scam and here is how it works:
1 some person calls (several times) to tell you they will be at your house/employment in an hour to serve you papers and wants to make sure you are there...they NEVER show up\
2 they finally leave a message after they realize you are not going to talk to them telling you that the matter can be resolved by calling (855) 326-4621
3 if you call the # above you will get a recording that noone is available...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR INFORMATION!
4 you will get a call from 761-748-6987 and if you talk to them they will try to get you scared into giving them a credit card to pay a bill that most likely is not yours or they will throw you in jail.
BLOCK THE #'S FILE A REPORT JUST DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, OR ANYTHING ELSE.

I received a missed call from someone who said that he talked with me yesterday. I didn't talk with anyone yesterday. He said when he left me a message on my voicemail that I have a collection worth of 1400 dollars and he would help me settle out of court for 450. I did talk with some lady yesterday that first of all when we started talking she asked mefor my debit card number. The people who are making these calls will have someone call you restricted and tell u they will be delivering some papers you must sign for and if you are unable to sign that they will put refused.
