I just received this call in regards to my brother, something told me to Google this place...and how they got my number is BEYOND me!!

The number was (716) 242-5211, name: Ms. Hintz.

I got calls from this Ann about my old wachovia account, but if there's no more wachovia even if I pay them how will it get me out of check systems if wachovia put me in it, aren they the only people that can update it ? I went to wells fargo but the gave me some toll free # the gave me another # that came me a toll free # 866-473-0549 that transfered me to the same Ann lady. So they are a reall collection place but if it doesnt get me out of check systems I am not going to pay this. Help !?

I have got calls from this number, can not understand the message, they also called my mother and said she was listed on my account. They say I have a case number and a letter of intent, not sure if I believe this company is seems fishy, but if I owe someone money I would like to pay? Is this a realy company or a scam.

received a call from a women, said her name was Anne Glascott and she said my son had a large financial debt he needs to repay and had his DOB and said my phone was a primary number he used.  She gave me a case number and said he could hire a lawyer but she didn't tell me much else. I looked up the company online and it has a website. Not sure what he should do???

Keith Barringer also called me.  When I inquired more about the company's name, he rushed me offo of the phone.

I received a message from Richard Barringer to call immediately regarding a family member. I was told there was a pending case and that my name was listed as a relative in documents FAXED to his office that morning. When I contacted him, he was extremely rude. I was tough with him and he ended up hanging up on me.

I just got the same call from the same guy, same message - says I'm being accused of identity theft. WTF???

I just got the SAME message...saying my social security number was attached to identity theft and that there was a complaint against me. ??!!

I just got a message from Keith Barringer saying there is a case of identity theft using my social security number and bad checks in Dallas County and I should call immediately.  Called at my work.

have also been harrasing me with calls stating identity theft and bad check writting issues. the name on the vm was Keith Barringer.

They called my job but I was not there.  They left a number, no name and stated that I was being served and going to be embarrassed at my job.  They number they left was 716-748-7181.  When I called it came back to someone named Brad.  It was also coming back to a cell phone number.  I contacted a lawyer and notified the police.  I know some time ago this same number called my sister in law doing the same thing.

This is a SCAM collection agency. I recv a message stating they had a docket number for court and the message was considered as "being served" and I could settle it now or it would be returned to Queens county. (Which I've never lived in Queens county)Of course the man did NOT leave his name only a phoney docket # & phone number. I called my attorney, let him listen to the message and he said it was a scam because it's not legal to leave such messages on a cell phone. Anything pertaining to the court system must be in writing. He also said the docket # was fake... he said it did not exsist. This call should be reported to the police. I went to the poilce and they have this very number on file already as a scam.
